Currently Here. Staff have written people up over food being eaten in the room even me but barely have meals too feed people and they have 44 beds and only about 30 get fed. Staff give false information or half information and you have too learn as you go and they like he say she say why you can't have recordings. But it is my right to have a representative but apparently not... yet your not giving kids rides too school who parents have a stocker. Staff is overly aggressive and picks at you to fight or exit you with the police THIS SHELTER IS WORKING WITH THE POLICE TOO MAKE THEM NEED US. STOP SHOWING UP. I SAY THAT FOR ALL SHELTERS!! Let's just go too the government since the shelters can kick us out as please um I'm pretty sure the last guideline of all places including law is physicality WHY there is FBI. But okay. I'll be calling the state too report them and I say others...

I stayed during my pregnancy in 2010 with my now only living child. During my stay there were no efforts that advocated for me to better myself for self sufficiently. Due to the guidelines and protocols, I was prevented to excel and I was terminated from being able to receive any aid from this DV shelter. Lack of compassion and empathy actually motivated me to prove myself capable during traumatic times. I’m leaving a review now because I wanted to donate items and time, or for lack of better words “PAY IT FORWARD”; although reading reviews I was reminded how devastating this organization is to us in need. At times we must go through the journey of life with HOPE that we are worthy of change and want better for ourselves. THIS PLACE WANTS YOU TO STAY DEPENDENT. Scheduled meals helped with my job schedule so i had consistently along with shower times and staff are very helpful with getting you connected to resources and you can have a job! They just want to be updated about your schedule and if youre coming home late they dont want people going out past 10pm due to safety reasons :) i can't thank them enough for getting me out of homelessness because i was escaping my ex. Please, this place is not as bad as it looks like in the comments. They helped get me cash and food assistance and i could even receive mail from the county because they allowed me putting them as a mailing address 💕 the rules they enforce are for a good reason they arent there just because. Staff are willing to help you out as long as you show youre continuing to work on your life:) they even helped me...
