Miss V is a master at her craft and knew my body better than I do right from the start. She is skilled, kind, professional, and a ball of positive light and energy in the world. She took the time to understand my issues and adapted the massage to suit the needs of my sore and aching body and mind. I felt like a broken man when I came in and was laid down on the God’s table to remake and reform me as clay so that I could be healed and renewed to reface the day and the world. I wish I lived closer so that I’d never have to seek out a quality massage again. If you’re in need of amazing bodywork look no farther.

Her studio is very clean and the perfect ambiance to reset body, mind, and spirit. A true gem worthy of praise. I travel often for work and from past injuries I seek out therapeutic massage, most let me down or just help a little. This was the type of massage I’ve always dreamed about getting and just what my body needed. I assure you that you won’t be disappointed if you trust Miss V to work her magic on you. Best in class, if only all massage therapists were like Miss V the world would be a safer and happier place for all.

It was very easy to book online, see the schedule, sign the waiver, and pay. All the things that normally make finding a massage so difficult and annoying Miss V and her studio...

After my massage, I was told that in several days I would feel the relief from being "beat up on the table." When I left I was in more pain than when I arrived. I never did feel the relief, I was in pain for 4 days, my problem areas did not get the attention they needed and are in fact worse than before I went in. I booked the longest massage in order for them to get more attention. Instead, they were almost an after-thought because it was my lower back and barely got 15 minutes on them. I also still have bruises all over my body that have now been there a week.

Maybe her technique works for others, but it did not work at all for me. I am disappointed because I read the reviews and thought I was booking at a good place before hand.

I also find it odd that there was not a welcome / waiting space. And if you have an appointment time, I expect my appoint to start at that time; not the door unlocked 10 minutes after my appointment time to even get in the building. I show up 10-15 min early for that reason. I was left out in the cold, in the snow, for over 20 minutes waiting. I finally called and she said she'd be a few minutes and then finally unlocked the door. While I can understand maybe it was a safety issue, being alone outside, I didn't feel safe nor welcomed. I was really looking forward to going here, it's blocks from home and I was able to book last minute. My only issue was that when I arrived with my service dog,,,,REAL HEARING ADA PROTECTED service dog, she was in freakout mode because she was "OCD" and was afraid of him and thought he had dirty feet. I totally understand people who try to pass off their dog as a service dog and they turn out to misbehave, but that's not the case here. Really disappointed as I needed this! Not happy.

Edit: I realize you attempted to accommodate, and I'm not saying that others should not go here, I'm saying that my reception was far from welcoming and you were so frightened that there was no way to have a relaxing therapeutic experience. I seriously needed your services but it's necessary to have an inviting atmosphere. I wish you the best, I really do, but I won't be returning.
