Purchased a suit for my husband for a wedding he was asked to be in. We live out of town so when I was in the area I went in to order. I had everything in a text of the color (the groom requested) and sizes for jacket and pants that my husband wears. I walked in and told the gentleman exactly what I needed. He walked over picked up a suit and said here you are. I even said, “Wow, that was easy!” I was very thankful. I asked if the jacket was the incorrect size what would we do? I was told jacket could be switched out if needed when he picked up as they weren’t doing alterations. But I had to have the pants altered. I was thrilled it was so simple and easy. And that the salesman was so fast and knowledgeable. Mix up in the suits and unfortunately the store wasn’t able to do anything about the mix up so we had to purchase another suit. Go anywhere else. The price you pay depends on how they’re feeling that day. I came in to get fitted for a suit. It “came with a free shirt and tie” the suit was 350. I came back 2 days later, no more free shirt and tie. BUT, An extra 20% off the suit. He rings the suit up as 350…. Same price as last time. No extra 20% off, no shirt, no tie. No military discount that he said he would do. NOW FOR THE BEST PART. I tell him my pant size. He brings me the wrong size pant, then charges me $45 to make it my size!? He rings everything up at atound 460. He says the shirt is 50 and the tie is 35. I wasn’t crazy about them so I told him to take them off. He rings it up again at 427. It doesn’t take a mathematician to figure out this place takes advantage of people. And they have to be the only place that charges for alterations to pants that are being purchased there.

Spent over $300 on a suit for my sister’s wedding only to have the pants split 15 minutes before the ceremony when I bent over to pick something up. I also had to open the sewed close pocket for my pocket square which should have been done before I picked up the suit. I was fit for the pants so they fit they must have just been low quality pants. When I spoke to Moe about the pants splitting he told me he didn’t care that I had to go through the wedding with split pants and that I must have been misusing the pants (not sure how you misuse pants). I had to argue for way to long to get a refund on the pants, make sure if you’re buying something here you don’t plan on trying to get a refund when the poor quality becomes apparent.
