I recently had a very unpleasant experience with AMY. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable because AMY was extremely rude. This employee not only followed me around the store but also watched me constantly, which was very unsettling. She came up multiple times and asked me if she could bring my toys to the front and ask my kid not to hold the toys. The worst part of the experience was when this worker yelled at my three-year-old child. My little one was just being curious, like any child would be, and the worker's reaction was completely uncalled for and harsh. It made the entire shopping trip extremely stressful and uncomfortable for both me and my child. And then when she was following us around in my child, began to hide behind the stroller, she began to walk around the stroller and stair my child who was holding a toy. It was extremely creepy, weird and rude. I hope the management addresses this issue so that other customers don't have to go through such a distressing experience. I won't be returning to this store...

Decent selection of merch, but I find the shop is best for certain prize figures, Nendoriods, Gundam model kits, plush (Sorbet Jungle and Tasty Peach Studios), Kigurumi (Sazc brand), and wigs. You can order items through them as well. There is a few mangas, but not a big selection. They more recently added dice and have a nice small batch of some premium sets. There is another Anime shop in the St Louis area, but they have a different stock then this store.

I do like the new location, but one of the new employees was following customers ("hoovering") closely in a manor that made me feel a bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked into the store. My son found this place and was very excited about the 30 Minute Missions available. He has purchased a few of the figures. He's nine and made a mistake when picking one out that turned out to be an accessories pack and not a figure. We attempted to exchange it and were told because he had taken the two flimsy pieces of plastic that was holding the box together off that she couldn't take it back because she couldn't resell it. Yes, I am aware the receipt says original packaging which includes the plastic but come on, are you serious? Should he have been sure that he was choosing the right thing, yes but again come on.
