7 years ago we had a great experience getting my engagement ring at Harris. It’s been a great ring, and I’ve had great experiences with the cleanings over the years.

6 days ago I went in to get it resized from a 6 to a 6.25 because it was just getting a little snug. The woman who helped me told me their demo sizes didn’t come in 1/4 sizes for me to try, but she tried a 6.5 on my finger just to give me an example. She couldn’t even get it over my knuckle, so suggested I get at least a 6.5. I went with her suggestion, and it was ready in 2 hours, which was awesome! I tried it on, and it seemed to be a little big, but it was cold so I figured it’d be fine normally. I tried it all week, but it was significantly too loose, so I went back to get the size I originally asked for. They were able to change it easily and quickly free of charge....
