I didnāt want to give 1 star because the actual customer service at this location is awesome. However, the quality of the repairs are below average. Being that I work not to far away I attempted to take my daughters iPad here to get fixed. He replaced the screen on her IPad 9th generation , but once we got the iPad back the home button pushed into the iPad making it unusable. A few days later I took the iPad back expressing my concern and I was told the glue didnāt dry. He fixed the screen again but this time the home button at the bottom was still not usable & the screen that was placed on the iPad was coming up on the edges as if it was not meant to fit that ipad. Another coworker also too her phone for a screen repair there only for her screen to black out the next day and she ended up getting an upgrade through her company. I would not recommend.
Update : he claims I waited 2 months; when I brought it right back to him. Per his own words he stated my coworker waited 2 months and he couldnāt help her. So if I waited 2 months per his own words, why did he fix the iPad HE BROKE. Such a coincidence. Itās like he rigs them to break again and to have to bring them back. Also, itās a childās iPad. That I donāt use or see everyday, so when I was made aware of the issue I brought it back to him. Shady business, I will also add photos soon. Showing the iPad screen coming off.
2nd Update : I have uploaded pictures showing the screen literally coming off. On both sides and the bottom. The screen used to replace the old one looks very cheap and low quality. That is not something that my 9 year old daughter did or I did myself. I also added where the screen literally cracked from her attempting to push the home button. I really truly believe he should be responsible for replacing this tablet being that now I have to purchase a whole new one! Again, 0/10, do...

They were hesitant to work on the Pixel because of its sensitivity, but since I had already done the "hard part" were willing to give it a shot. They warned me it would be lengthy and pricey, and would let me know ASAP if what they thought was the issue would work. They called me early the next day to tell me it was the issue but were upfront about another piece I had broken and the cost/time to fix that. I decided against having it done and asked to pick my phone back up. They REFUSED any sort of payment for the time they spent. I even tried to sneak in some cash, but they were not having it. It was the most genuinely kind, honest experience I've had with any business. Never again will I attempt to fix my phone myself if it's needed. They now have lifelong customers (and with two kids getting phones soon, probably multiple repeat...

So I went to MJs and expected things to not turn out well and expensive! Asher said he could not leave me without a phone. So he gave me a phone to use while they try to repair mine. That is more than my provider offered. Asher called this morning to say my phone was fixed and like new. Total cost was only $100.00. When I went to pick up my phone, he asked where my case was. When I told him I did not have one he gave me one. The owner truly cares about helping customers! Iām already sharing on social media and to all my friends!...
