I'd rank the food... if I ever received my order.
Placed my order at the kiosk, just as everyone before me and after.
Waited for my order, just as everyone before me and after.
Unlike everyone else, I did not receive an order.
At least half an hour later, the only other folks in the dining room received their order, about 30 minutes after I arrived and placed my order.
Worse part is the shift lead tried to make it seem like I did something incorrect.
"I don't see and order for [my name]" "Unless you didn't finish paying, it should have showed up."
My bank statement shows that I paid for the order.
At this point, it was even obvious to the other folks in the dining room that I'd been waiting too long. They had come in, ordered and ready to go all while I'm still foodless.
After asking for a refund, I hear "Are still making that order?" as if OTHER staff members KNEW the order was supposed to already been made.
All would have been fine and forgiven if the shift lead had TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY for the mess up.
For those who care, this could happen to you too.
I mean, that's what I get for assuming that people care about good customer service.
This Taco Bell clearly doesn't.
Been here before. It was fine.
This time was my last.
If you are dining here, good luck...
Read moreToday around 12:30 pm, I watched every other person get served before I did even though I put in a mobile order. About 12 minutes after I put in the order, I heard the manager say my name out loud to one of the employees standing around in the drive through, referring to my mobile order. No one moved. After almost 10 more minutes, I was finally asked what I was waiting on. They handed me a bag of lukewarm food that they had pulled from the back of some shelf near the Drive Through counter. No receipt was attached but I still had my order number to submit to corporate.
Any other day, it's usually the fact that they don't technically make my order correct. I haven't wanted to complain until it seemed like something was always consistently happening to my order. They always add the sauces I specifically ask not to be on there. I've decided that instead of handing off my food to my friends who will eat the incorrect food, I will just trust when they said it's not a good location. These people really don't pay...
Read moreWent to Taco Bell for the first time in a bout a year and after getting 3 Chalupas and a Nacho Bell Grande, I was disgusted that it was over $20.00. Then when I got home and handed the Nachos to my wife, we realized that it's not a Nacho Bell Grande anymore, it's a Bean Paste Bell Medium. Completely bland and devoid of any quality tasting ingredients. The chalupa shells were so processed that they lacked any characteristics of actual prepared food and resembled mass produced machine pressed wafers that broke in half the instant they were pinched for consumption. This kind of overpriced quality plagues fast food restaurants now.
Save your money and go into the parking lot of the apartment complex right behind this Taco Bell. You'll see a little strip mall there. There's a Mexican restaurant in there called Chimi's that will absolutely annihilate the quality of this food for less than what you're paying for...
