Goodcents — Restaurant in Saint Peters

Placed a takeout order during lunch rush hour for my first ever visit to a Mr. Goodcents. They were very busy and I feared what the quality would be like. However, I was impressed with the quality and taste. The order was also accurate and they took care filling the drinks without making a mess all down the sides of the cup.

While I waited for the order I was impressed at how quickly they were processing the orders. Everyone behind the counter was busy and each had their role. No one was just sitting around on their phones. They really worked well as a team and the results show. Very difficult to find this level of service, especially in counter service, these days. I will certainly be eating at Goodcents...

Called to place an order for pick up at five minutes till 12 on a Saturday morning. I was told it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for pick up because they were filling a catering order. I don’t understand when you have customers that wanna place an order for that long wait because you’re filling a catering order. Seems to me that that is poor Customer Service. Either hire more employees or set a time for catering orders to be filled. It’s ridiculous. I’ll never be back at this location again. Also, I told the lady that I wanted to make those combos when I placed my order and I get there and they tell me it’s gonna be an additional three dollars and something because it was not a combo that I paid...

Have been craving sandwiches lately so I got on Google maps to check for “sandwiches near me”. I had tried all the other places so I said let’s order from Goodcents and try it out. I got the turkey combo and the hubs got the Italian combo. We both opted for cookies over chips with our combo. He went to pick it up. Brought it back and we both took our first bite… OH MY GOD! Amazing. Honestly. The bread is so fresh and doesn’t feel “heavy” when you’re chewing it. The meat was fresh. The lettuce was crisp and the cookie was delicious. I used to think jimmy johns had a hold on me but that time has passed! Will be satisfying my sandwich cravings with Goodcents from here on out. 10/10 for taste,...
