Customer Service was horrible. Went to cash register to purchase items, got told next time to use a basket(although there were no baskets in sight nor was I ever offered one). Never once did they come out from behind the counter to offer assistance. They were too busy behind the counter discussing their social life and watching Youtube as well on the computer. Cashier then told me it's okay because we had the security cameras on you the whole time. People have stolen using a stroller before. I felt this was extremely rude and I did not appreciate that assumption about myself or my family. Will not be shopping in there again! If it had not been that my daughters picked stuff out for Christmas I would have left everything there on the counter and just walked out....

Went into this slackers with a friend and started looking around. Found X-Men steelbooks which is cool since I own all the marvel ones. Figured it pick them up, got up to the register for associate to say it looks like the tags have been tampered with and they would have to check the prices. I say this is fine.

Associate accuses me of doing it instead of just saying they can’t honor the price on the tag. Listen… I also have worked retail as both associate, manager, etc. You can’t accuse people of things and expect retention. I will never come back this place will not see a dime of my money.

A simple no or “hey sorry the price is wrong.” Would have sufficed. Either way you have a disappointed customer the difference is I might still...

I Love This Store! It’s My Favorite Nerd Store Of All Time. I Am A Big Big Big Nerd And Every Time I Come In To Town I Always Stop By. Lots Of Nerd 🤓 Merch Inside The Store. It Is In The Mid Rivers Mall And the staff is amazing 😉 They are very helpful and professional. If you need anything else they are tons of other stores in the mall . If you need something to eat , the food court is on the lower level. The parking on the outside of is huge so there’s no way you can’t find a parking spot. I personally think it’s the best Nerd in the area. You have to check this out . I highly recommend this place and if your a nerd 🤓 you will love this place.
