Worst nail salon ever! I went to put my feet in the pedicure tub and there was a dead bug floating in it! When I mentioned it to The Nail Tech she kind of shrugged her shoulders and went and got a tissue and cleared it out, she didn't change the water, she just cleared it out. The chair back was broken, the arm of the chair was broken and thwre. were plenty of other chairs that looked like new she could hsve put me in she chose the one all the way at the end near the back door. Even though the salon was almost empty I felt rushed, so rushed that my nails were not put under a dryer, they were not sprayed with a drying agent and when I left, you guessed it, they smudged very badly. So badly that I just got out the door and had to turn around and have them fixed 6 out of the 10 Nails on my hands had to be fixed! She rushed through fixing them still didn't put them under a dryer, still didn't use a drying agent I left frustrated, walked around the parking lot for a few minutes, walked to the grocery store for a little while, drove home and they still smudged! Old polish!!Needless to say I will not be going back! I did not tip the woman she was rude. And very inconsiderate. This place is TERRIBLE. I came here a week ago for a dip manicure and got a male technician that absolutely destroyed my natural nails, over-filing and drilled them until they were uneven and thin as paper, no exaggeration. When I showed him how thin he had made them, he giggled uncomfortably as if he didn’t understand and ignored me. I had to pull my hand away in pain at one point because he ran the file so hard against the side my nail, that it tore my skin and made me bleed. He didn’t stop and acknowledge it or apologize. I’ve never been so anxious wanting a manicure to end. The work at the end looked good even though my nails were tender but because the nail was so thin and he only did two layers of dip, they cracked like glass and 3 broke within 2 days of my manicure and because I had none of my natural nail beds left after he drilled them to paper, it was extremely painful. That nail technician should lose his license and never be allowed to touch anyone again. It will take months for my nails to grow out again, I’m so pissed that I trusted this place. WORST PLACE EVER!! I was on vacation in St.Petersburg, went in for a mani/pedi about 15- 20 mins into my pedi, 2 more customers signed in for service. The technician that was doing my pedi started to rush through the service she was providing me. She hurried through the manicure and did a HORRIBLE job polishing my nails. I asked her to clean off the nail polish because the works she did was soooo disgusting. That is when she started getting rough with me and starting talking about me with the other tech in their native language. They rush your service if they have more than 1 person waiting, Their products are watered down and they are rude when you question the service they are providing.
