Raine went above and beyond, going out of her way to sell me the exact matching perfectly sized chain necklace I needed for a gold pendant to fit my tiny neck for visibility, and place/adjust it for me. Wow, outstanding service. This is a shop of true artisans. She was patient and well equipped to handle my yapping, answering any questions on the spot, knowing the exact location of what I was asking about. Her knowledge is vast and precise. I’ve been into crystal shops where I pick up a necklace, ask the stone (which is not marked) and the associate has not known or made a guess.
