I recently visited this coffee shop with my mother in law while I was in the St. Pete area. I was excited to check it out ,because she was always raving about the great coffee and food and how much she enjoyed going.

Though I really enjoyed my avocado toast and trying her delicious French toast, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable due to the inappropriate attire of the wait staff! To be honest, I’m glad I didn’t bring my kids.

From the moment I entered the coffee shop, I was struck by its cozy ambiance and inviting aroma. The menu offered a great selection of freshly brewed coffees, delectable pastries, and even some savory options—an impressive variety to cater to different tastes. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented. My avocado toast had a perfectly poached egg on top, my mother in laws French Toast had fresh fruit and was cooked perfectly. The coffee was expertly brewed, providing the ideal companion to my meal. It's clear that the chefs and baristas at this coffee shop possess a genuine passion for their craft, and their dedication shines through .

However, while I was impressed by the food and drinks, one aspect of the visit gave me pause. The waitresses were dressed inappropriately, and their attire detracted from the overall experience. Instead of adhering to a professional dress code befitting a place of customer service, they were clad in attire that seemed better suited for an “adult” club. This lack of professionalism left me feeling somewhat uneasy and distracted from the otherwise positive dining experience.

As a customer, I value excellent food and service as equally essential components of a memorable dining experience. While I cannot fault the coffee shop for their delightful cuisine and overall atmosphere, I must express my disappointment with the inappropriate attire of the wait staff. Encountering such inconsistency between the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service team leaves a lingering impression of missed potential.

I genuinely hope that the management of this coffee shop takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly. The aesthetic design of Paradeco is truly captivating. The interior is a unique, electric retro vibe. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the artfully arranged plants to the different colored tea cups.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the honey lavender latte. Often times when the need is met, the food represents the minimum quality to those who different for gluten intolerance. However, the quality of the bread though gluten free did not disappoint.

Wow… where do I even start, Paradeco is absolutely one of the best coffee roasters and cafes in America. (Period)

My wife and I discovered this local indie spot via Yelp a few days ago and were absolutely blown away by our first experience.

Right when we walked into the cafe we experienced a meticulous design that feels like we were in the hippest New York City café with a tropical yet vintage spin.

Then both of us proceeded to order a pour over made with extremely fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee beans and a special jasmine tea that has a light blue hue to it.

Both of these drinks were absolutely phenomenal.

The fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee had a flavor profile of blueberry and light citrus notes (honestly, it was like eating a fresh handful of blueberries.)

The jasmine tea was simply delicious (it tasted lightly floral with a sweet after taste.)

If you are going to be anywhere near the Tampa/St. Petersburg area we highly recommend you check out this incredible Cafe and Coffee Roasters as it’s unlike any café I’ve ever been to in America… the vibe is perfect and it’s definitely one of the best cafes in the US.
