Today, February 18, the owners of Mitch Jewlry, went over and above to provide me with outstanding customer service. I had seen a ring at their tent set up at Main Street Market on Saturday the 15. I found who they were and contacted them via Instagram. I was here in Florida visiting and was due to fly home on Wednesday the 19th. Michelle and her husband graciously offered to bring the ring to me on Tuesday the 18th! Omg! These two people were so sweet and when they brought the ring to me, I noticed a jewel missing and they were kind enough to drive back to St Pete and bring me another one. They drove back to Ellenton and met with me within an hour! They were both so sweet and said my happiness was their priority! Now, who does that? My best friends and I stumbled across this tent while walking our puppies at the pier and it did not disappoint! The owner was SO nice, she helped us throughout the whole sacred process that is getting permanent jewelry with your friends! We each ended up getting our birthstones on the bracelets as well as some charms for other pieces and a ring. We had a blast chatting and looking through the pieces, shout out to this family operated business!! They have online purchasing options which I will continue to support them through as I don’t live in the area. While I was in St. Pete’s I stumbled across Mitch Jewelry. My son bought me the evil eye necklace & I bought myself a choker. I also bought my daughter a choker. Their jewelry is beautiful and the quality is top notch! I wore the evil eye & the choker 24/7. I even wore it when I went to the beach. It didn’t turn color! Fast forward to today, I saw a beautiful necklace on their instagram page. Contacted them and they were willing to ship it out to me to NJ!
