i go to this location quite a bit, the employees are very nice and helpful. I was recently very uncomfortable as someone who has social anxiety that I was being filmed without my consent by some youtube pranksers in the store. I’m not really sure why the store was letting this go on ,and im sure some people wouldn't have an issue with it , but im also sure some people feel how I do about it. The youtubers did ask us to sign a release form which we said no to , and that they would “blur out our faces” which , i don't want to be in anyones videos randomly even blurred , but whatever. Went in to purchase body jewelry as I have a million times over. I was greeted upon entry but as I used to be friends with the assistant store manager, Sam, and she realized who I was, she ran to the back of the store. We had a falling out 7 months ago but I wasn’t going to let it stop me from continuing to support the company - of which I have no issues with. She made my wife and I feel very unwelcome and was very unprofessional when we were just there to shop. They have a few very very rude employees, I love the store they have the coolest stuff but the shopping experience is so bad because of how the employees treat you I won’t even go in to buy body jewelry because I always get rude answers when asking them to open a case for me or if I need to look at more than one item.
