Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Saint Petersburg

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. I had a return,exchange, and wanted to do more shopping. I was taken by the manager Laurie who told me she can keep my three items at the register while I shop. She then comes screaming across the store after about two minutes asking “what am I doing...am I exchanging the body mist right now or not because if not she would have to suspend the transaction, bag all my stuff and give it back to me” Confused I continued to shop. Nevertheless she never came back and gave me the bag or anything else. I then was browsing around and given dirty looks by Jessica. Everywhere I was she was there glaring at me making me feel uncomfortable but NEVER opened her mouth to say “Hi im Jessica if you need anything feel free to ask me etc” like every other Victoria Secret worker does at other locations. I only got both of their names after asking the young lady who cashed me out. I couldn’t even concentrate on what I wanted to get because I was so on edge having Jessica follow me around the store as if I was going to steal even after I had a Victoria Secret tote bag to shop with and a SMALL coach purse. I asked her where items were a few times and she acted as if I was bothering her yet I watched her interact with white customers and be very pleasant with them. Laurie then came and relieved Jessica so that Jessica could go get a bra for a customer which in my opinion was to continue to watch me because there was not a single associate on the victoria side floor but on the pink one where I was. Completely unacceptable and clearly stereotyping. Im not familiar with that area where the mall is but if it is a high theft poverty ridden area employees need to be trained to watch ALL customers and not single out some based on their race. Poverty is not a color. Poverty or not its not in my character to ever steal anything and the fact that I have to defend my character based on my race and not my actions is unbelievable and not ok. This is not over with as this is my first step and I will continue to reach out until I see the results that are necessary. On the other hand all the employees which I wish I could remember their names at The International Plaza in Tampa were phenomenal. As you can see I spend A LOT of money there often but this location will not see another...

I stopped shopping at Victoria's Secret due to then just continuing Body by Victoria Secret lotion perfume spray mist and that was one of my favorite it was actually a lot of people's favorites and I don't know why you discontinued it. I stop by every once in a while to see if they have panties or pajamas on sale just to see if they have my lotion and stock wish they never do but if they do then I'll forget the everything else I came here for and just get my favorite lotion perfume spray mist it was one of the best ever because it wasn't too strong and it wasn't too sweet it was just perfect and now I don't have it anymore :-( please please please bring back the lotion the perfume and the lotion that would make me and a bunch Victoria's Secret people very happy cuz that's all I hear people talking about you can make a money on it some of the ones that you have now stink to high heaven and they're too harsh that the one that we want back is soft everyone says compliments on it please bring...

I never had issues here till now. We grabbed everything we needed (had some rewards for being a card member) and I asked how many could be used the manager (black hair) told me rudely “WELL IF THEY ARENT USED YOU CAN USE 3 IF SO” and turned around and left mid conversation. If it wasn’t bad enough I went to the pink side to cash out and the blonde lady told me rudely and yelled as well “ITS ON THE OTHER SIDE” & she was doing absolutely nothing. I went to the other side stood there 5 minutes because the person in front was having issue since the cashier was still new and didn’t know. The blonde lady who was rude to me came and helped the cashier and screamed at her in front of everyone which is unprofessional. When a person behind me asked if there was anyone else she said there was only 2 people yet she didn’t help me cash out so technically just one.
