I will not return due to one key issue related to a lack of transparency and my disagreement with how they handled a situation. The store won’t return items that are unused and instead will only provide store credit. This policy might be okay if they were transparent about it, but that wasn't my experience. I bought an item and they were unwilling to return it 20 minutes later. The last person to touch the item was the person at the store when she put it into a bag. They didn’t share this policy at the time of purchase and it wasn’t clearly listed anywhere. Even though it wasn’t shared, they were unwilling to make the situation right. I was just disappointed and let down and have chosen not to do business with them . I feel it's important to share this policy with others and hope corrections are made to make this policy more obvious...
