My daughter has been a loyal customer there for many years. She encountered her first issue with a shirt she had bought. It had a stain on it. We brought it back with in a week to try and get an exchange they would not take it. Told us we'd have to call customer service I did that and Customerservice said that they will only return shirts that were bought online and told us to go back to the store and try again and that they may not be able to take it even with the tag on.
