I went into the store and had a fine time. The lady,Donna, who helped me, measured the couch I picked at "just under 12 feet". I had her measure multiple times and I measured my home multiple times. Today when it arrived, it was clearly over 13 feet long and it was left at my house no one offered to take it back to the store or fix anything (the drivers were nice so no issue there). I asked the drivers if there was a problem if they could come back and take the couch back. They said I would need to call into the store and let the manager or assistant manager know and they will come back and get it. I called and talked to the assistant manager Dawn, she informed me that there is nothing she can do she is clearly just a glorified employee and is not allowed to make any decisions on what to do to help a customer. We hung up with the promise that they would call me the next day with the answer. I thought about it for a minute, called her back and asked her to please come pick up this couch today as I have two dogs and I don't want anything to happen to this couch. She was rude and basically said there's nothing she can do, she already told me that and that basically it was my fault that I picked a giant couch because I shouldn't have taken the sales person's word for it even though she had worked for this at me for 15 years. I would assume she would know how to use a measuring tape. And why didn't I measure it myself? She told me that if they take it back she's going to charge me a restocking fee. I asked why when it's not my fault? Then she proceeded to tell me that I was attacking her. I tried to tell her I was not attacking her she had an attitude with me and she started arguing with me more and then told me that she was going to end the phone call. I get a call back 20 minutes later from this lady, Dawn, And she tells me that she needs the number to my credit card so she can refund me my money and that the delivery guys will be back out today, she doesn't know when, so I just have to wait for them and then she hung up on me again. This was all yesterday. Today I called the store to talk to the manager, Barbie, and she refunded everything and fully apologized to me.

   Read moreCAUTION! We purchased what we thought was a new sofa and love seat and spent over $4k. It was obvious right away that it wasnât new, sagging (we were told that was normal) and the motors making random ugly noises, and damage to corners. The delivery guys told me it was the floor model even though I asked when I purchased it if they had it in stock or if we would have to wait and was assured it was in stock. They sent someone out to see what we were talking about and of course he didnât find anything wrong with it. They did refund me most of my money, minus a $700 restocking fee!! I said you canât restock this set, itâs broken and damaged! Which to means they put this back on the floor for someone else to purchase and is probably exactly what happened to us. Poor poor business practices!
Thank you for your response however this is false. I do not appreciate being called a liar. She never once told me it was a floor model. Why would I ask if they were in stock then? I sent the repairman a video of the seat he did NOT sit in with the noise it was making and that is when he said he would have her get ahold of me. Her response was I was just clearly not liking the set so they would refund minus restocking fee. How do you restock something that is broken and damaged! Edit 5.29.19 in regards to an additional order Lisa is awesome, but sad to say we were not clearly told that a set of end tables would take THREE WEEKS to arrive. I called one week after ordering to see if they were ready for pick-up, was told they weren't even in the warehouse yet. Checked with my mom, she agreed that's too long. Now i'm told we can't cancel the order.
Edit 6.11.19 Called to check if end tables were in. Nope. Told it could take 4-6 weeks. Also was told that they spoke with my mom on 6/10 and that she said it was fine if it took a little longer. Mom says she hasn't talked with anyone there in over a week.
