On Sunday, November 10, I placed an order through Uber Eats for a bowl, but what I especially wanted was for the bowl to have soup (gambo) in it. I tried to find the option to add soup to my order, but I couldn't find it. After searching and searching for how to do it, the order was sent without me realizing it. I tried to cancel the order, but the app wouldn't let me… I wasn't sure which restaurant location my order was sent to, so I called all the Qdoba stores I knew of nearby to ask them to please cancel my order or add the soup, and I gave them my credit card information to pay for the addition. First, I contacted the Boston store. The person who answered was very kind and willing to help me, but they couldn't find my order, so I called the Malden store. Again, the person who answered the call was extremely kind and willing to solve my request, but unfortunately they didn't have my order either. Finally, I contacted Qdoba in Swampscott, Massachusetts, and my order was there… It was the worst experience of my life. The supervisor answered me, I kindly asked her to please add the soup to my order, she told me NO she could, then I asked her to change one of the additions I made for the soup and she told me NO she could, that I should place the soup order again through uber eats and pay again the excessive delivery cost because she couldn't help me in any way… I kindly asked her to please be more flexible because the only thing I was interested in with the food was that they put soup in it and she answered me with a resounding NO… if you want soup come get it if you don't have the money to pay for the delivery again… I felt completely mistreated because it was not just her words but the strong and humiliating tone she used with me…. Even so, I tried to remain kind and asked her to please make an exception just this once since I am a big Qdoba customer and I even worked at one of their stores and my brother-in-law still works with them, looking for some empathy from the supervisor because I was a Qdoba member in the past… The Supervisor got even more aggressive with me and yelled at me that she didn't care, it was terrible… I was speechless and preferred to end the call because I started to cry uncontrollably… I felt very mistreated, it affected me too much, I had never been humiliated or spoken to like that for just a request… she could have been kind without accepting my request. I preferred to cancel the order and lose my money since I was afraid that this woman would do something bad to my food. It is clear that she does not care about the company or the customers and how unhappy she is in the company. I think she took her frustration and...
