Snow Spa Nails — Local services in Salem

Wanted to try a new place to mix things up. Nice people. Nails looked fine but it took 2 hours for just a gel manicure. I was pretty disgusted by the facilities. The guy was working on multiple people at one time without changing gloves or cleaning his equipment. I sit down and my towel has someone else's nail clippings and dead skin on it. Gross! Kept apologizing for the wait but the regulars said it is like this every day as he is not organized and schedules multiple people for one appointment slot. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from this shop. I went by today and they are packed up and gone. You know they knew when they sold the gift certificate ($100) they were closing up after the holidays. These people deliberately sold gift certificates they knew they were not going to be there to fulfill. Snuck off in the middle of the night, no doubt. Shame on these people. Went to get a full set, the guy that did my nails, Phi, just glued a plastic nail on top of my nails and painted it. Not even 24hrs later and my nail is broken, there's gaps between my nails, and there's so much excess glue between my nails and finger tips!
