Woukd love to talk to the boss / owner if i can. Im being banned or threatened to have security called on me if i come into the store when i havent been in the store in about 2 months. I causes no problems in store for reason to be banned but only a personal dispute with an employee ... not right that i am banned from a store that i did nothing wrong to be banned from. Being threatened for security ...somrthing isnt right here. Someone deserves to be fired . Whenever i come into the store. I cause no problems whatsoever. ...

Ehh, the sales associate that helped me had a really bad case of personal hygiene. I was trying to look at nose rings and I had to actually walk away bc of the odor. Listen, I work in the healthcare field and have been exposed to many different odors and expected to not make notice of it, to which I did here, but they were foul. It's awkward for a supervisor to have the "personal hygiene" talk but sometimes it needs to be done. I was polite but I couldn't be around...

While I agree customer service is key for a business, one associate took that a little far. While looking at their adult section an associate came over and asked if we needed help. We said we're just looking. She proceeded to tell us which adult toy she likes and such. Way too much TMI!! If a customer says they're just looking say ok, I'll be over here if you need assistance. Creeped me out and we ended up only spending $5...
