I had my Anti Tragus pierced here. The woman did not look at my ear to even see if the piercing would be a good fit for my personal ear anatomy. I decided to go to another piercer to have it looked at after to make sure it was healing correctly, and I was told my anatomy was too small for this piercing, and she would have turned me down for it, as it would not likely take. The new piercer also had to put in new jewelry because I was given a very large hoop, and needed to switch to a bar for better hopes to heal properly. Here I was told the piercing would be healed in 3 weeks, (which is why I did it, because I had a vacation coming up 5weeks later, and was concerned about it) only to later be told from the other place that it was actually closer to 3 to 4 months healing time. I’m now just getting done with my vacation, and have been paying the price this whole trip. With me telling the worker of my up coming trip, and being concerned with flying and the ocean, she told me it would be healed and fine. Instead, I ended up needing to go to Instacare to get on an extremely strong antibiotic as soon as we landed because of the swelling that was caused from the flight. If I would have been properly informed, I would not have taken the risk in getting this piercing in the first place. I believe this piercer is completely uneducated on the complications that come with piercings, as well as healing times. I’m in complete disbelief that she had told me such wrong information that could have very much been avoided, if she would have known accurate information. My fiancé and I really wanted to give this place a shot(due to the reviews), but it was nothing but disappointment since we placed an order.

After some looking in the store we had finally settled on an engagement ring for my fiancé. The clerk very ecstatically and confidently said it would only take one to two days to make since it’s a very common style.

Well, after about 4 days of zero updates I figured I’d give them a call. The lady on the phone said the materials still hadn’t come in yet, and that they may come in the next day, or next week?? That was frustrating to hear as we were very confidently told it would only take one to two days. She expressed that the ring we selected actually takes a little bit to make, since the materials need to be ordered(complete opposite of what we were told on our visit.)

After about the week mark with still no updates I called again. This time the manager had answered, and she actually had zero idea my ring order even existed. She had to call the warehouse to find even a status on the ring, and it still hadn’t been made yet.

It wasn’t until almost two weeks later we had received the ring. After one day of wearing the ring the opal had become loose. After the mess of communication we had to deal with, and now the ring wasn’t even made right, we decided to return it. Upon returning it the clerk said that it really isn’t made for all day wear…. Would’ve been nice if the clerk who sold us on it was aware of that…

We went to get permanent jewelry my daughter, sister and mom we made an appointment a week in advance. We went in and thought it was a really cute store friendly staff, we were disappointed with the selection options as everything we wanted they either didn’t have enough of or didn’t have it it silver and gold as some of us wear silver and some where gold jewelry. We wanted the silver heart anklets for 2 of us and 2 gold heart anklets for the other 2, they said they didn’t have enough silver, they then said they can do a jump ring so they could make 2 silver ones for my sister and I, as they didn’t have enough of the gold to do 4 gold anklets either, they never mentioned there would be a custom fit charge for adding a jump ring, when we got back to our hotel and was looking at our receipt I saw they charged me 60 for the silver “custom fit” and 40 for the gold. I called the store and asked why they charged me 60 for a custom fit and that they never mentioned it would have been more, and she said there shouldn’t have been a charge for it, she then proceeded to say that she didn’t charge me enough for the gold one and that should have been 60 also, on the tags at the store the silver and gold heart chains both said $40. I do not recommend this store if you want permanent jewelry for a fair price go to city creek a lady there has the same chains and a lot more options and if she doesn’t have enough of one she doesn’t have them on display, and it’s 55$...
