Two parts to this review, their customer service and content:
(1) Customer Service: I really wanted to give this place a shot, I had heard rumors of racism from managers/owner but didnt think it was true, seeing that its 2021. One of the female front associates made sure to "see what I was doing" while I was trying on clothes. At first I thought, "wow, great customer service". But on check out I saw the same employee "scouting" customers on their video cameras she probably deemed suspicious. What makes me even angrier is she did the exact same thing to my brother in a different part of the store when he was just looking. We were there for over 25+ mins (looking for gifts) and didnt see her once stop and talk to any other customers. I want to hope it isnt because we are people of color but, from what we experience, doesnt seem like it.
(2) Content: Good selection and variety. Prices...
   Read moreThis store is so full of junk you can hardly get around. They apparently shelve things without pricing. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Every question I had was given a negative response... Just told No constantly and then I even offered to pay to have something shipped and the response was "no because it would cost to ship it..." Duh, that's why I would pay to have it shipped.... Martiques and MadStyle are both WAAAAAY better than this one. Don't waste...

It's such a big store, we returned on 2 different days to check the store out. They close at 5pm daily. Open at 10am weekdays. They have so many antique things that you just won't be bored in there.
