This place has become even less and less welcoming. Very little parking and NOT pet friendly. UPDATE: now that i have had time to decompress the experience i will explain the situation. My dog is a retired service animal but when she comes to establishments with me, she goes into work mode still because she is still a trained and useful/helpful mobility dog. I knew that they were not open to pets in the restaurant but i thought the patio was okay, I still wanted to be respectful. we received our pizza order which we remember was cold, if i remember correctly the guest that was with me asked for something and the employee was very cold to us especially after she said hey we don't allow dogs, i said even on the patio? she said yes there is a sign right there. i said oh well i didn't know and i let her know that she was trained to be a working dog so she wouldn't be a problem and that i am aware for the next time. then later on there was another very well behaved dog waiting for their owner at the door on the patio. he was sitting still and not bothering anyone. she was like "who's dog is this" and some other table of guest said that the owner had gone inside. perhaps placing an order or picking it up. and the employee just loudly huffs and said well i guess everyone is just breaking our rules today huh and went inside. i have met the owner of this establishment and she is very successful and very inspirational. they are involved and organized, have 2 other establishments in this town (if i am correct). i do not mean to be a salty customer but i need to be transparent and honest. i have always felt unwelcomed here, the staff have been decent and i can tell they work hard but the customer service at the register or towards the different walks of life in the city visiting this place is underwhelming. i can recall multiple times where we felt rushed, or like a nuisance for ordering or asking questions. i have worked in the service industry and i understand but the customer experience has got to be one of the most important parts of a restaurant/business. the owner replied to my last review and informed/explained to me that they are military friendly, they just do not offer military discounts. i have not retuned since my last visit 4 months ago, but i can say that their pizza is typically very good. i just remember the last visit our order was not it so i have increased my rating on the food. i would just like the southern hospitality and welcoming to match the warmth and delicious...

First off $15 for a 10 inch pizza is a lot of money! It's pizza nothing special about it not like your getting exotic ingredients or anything like that. Only thing special is that it's a brick fire pizza.

I also found out that I don't like burnt brick fire pizza. The cheese was not golden and the pepperoni had no char on it but the bread was BURNT black sorry don't care for burnt bread. When the bread is burnt that's all you can taste is burnt bread

Very disappointed I would much rather eat Little Caesars pizza then Firehouse pizza! Beer taps look awesome and a great selection of beer from many different places.

Yet I will never try them as I will not be going back to this restaurant for $15 pizza that I could only eat One of the four pieces because it was burnt.

Also sorry there was not any value. You received nothing special from this place for the price of the pizza other then how it is cooked and mine was burnt so I spent extra money on burnt pizza that I could not eat but was cooked in a brick fireplace. 😒

I will say that the staff there is extremely friendly and they have great customer service. My order was to go and I never had to check my pizza order to make sure it was not burnt. Its why I did not get this taken care of at...

Will say the pizza is different but very very good. The ranch OMG it tastes like Wingstop ranch was a plus. We had the jalapeño popper pizza. The crust of the pizza was good texture was good flavor of the pizza was overall good. Now they do have beer on tap but you get this card and have to give a credit card to start a tab. Give you one glass and this card to place for what beer you want and pour yourself makes you think about how much you want to drink when your glass isn't even full and halfway and it was 3.25 tried to fill my glasses but idk just wasn't able to get it to work. But they do have dessert we tried the s'more cookie and before I knew it my kiddos had devoured them lol. But on another note it's hard to tell where to park if your kot saying in their built in hotel rooms so just pay attention to the signs so you don't get towed. We had to park on the side where you could...

We stopped here for dinner on the way through town. The positive reviews and eating in an old fire station drew our attention. The place is nice, clean and wide open, although there is a funky layout with the restrooms behind a brick wall. I totally get it though, it’s a converted fire station. The place is lit up nicely and there’s a beer service area along with several stand up tables and TC’s on the wall. The pizza was pretty good and the atmosphere was lively although a little loud. The service was ok, and this was an area that could be improved. The reception area is across the entrance which could be part of it (layout), but the hostess/staff could have been friendly and more accommodating. We took a little longer figuring things out like what to order, etc. and they were a little grumpy. Overall this is a great lively place to hangout and eat pizza.

San Angelo acts like this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. It’s fine. I ordered $60 worth of garlic bread and pizza this evening. The garlic read is fine, albeit arriving cold. The Chief was missing the hamburger and the vegetables on top were raw. IDK if they threw it in the oven without the vegetables on it to bake or what, but the black olives, onion, and peppers are all raw. The pepperoni pizza… this is my favorite flavor and I’m honestly upset. Whoever made the pizza threw the cheese and the pizza sauce onto the crust in huge separate clumps. There’s no layer of sauce and then a layer of cheese on top of it. There’s sections with cheese thrown straight onto the bread, and then sections with large wet clumps of pizza sauce directly puddled onto the crust. No layers. See the picture below. It’s gross to eat and I can’t fix it.

An amazing little pizzeria and taproom for the pizza and beer lover. Great list of well made 10" pizzas you can build yourself or pick from the fixed signature menu. We got the Mediterranean, Hawaiian, and Bbq chicken pizza and loved all 3 of them. The chicken Caesar salad is also a nice accompaniment to a pizza order I admit. The staff here is spectacular and the venue is way cool. A call to commemorate all the men and woman of the fire service decks this place out wall to wall. I love that. 28 self pour tap beers you pay by the oz and rocking good thin crust pizza for every palate preference. I will be back here again with friends many times for sure! They also serve beer and wine as well I shall note! Dessert pizza of fruit or s'mores are also worth checking out.
