wow! ate here for the first time yesterday with some freinds. I got to experience many menu items including cowboy bites which were delicious dipped in homemade ranch. homemade fried pickles with their house seasoning also dipped in their homemade ranch, their hand battered fries squat and zuchini, homemade onion rings, and french fries. ALL DELICIOUS! My main dish was a build your own burger that i got quite wild and creative with, i had TWO meat patties, pepperjack cheese, pineapple, green chiles, pickles, fresh onion, and buffalo sauce! it was fantastic!! good quality beef, a 2/3 pound burger! i also had two beers. so i paid for 2 appetizers, a burger, and 2 beers, all for $40, thats pretty inexpensive!! great food and great atmopshere, great customer service and the food was served very quickly besides the fact we had a large table of...

I recently visited again, and after a prior facebook conversation with the establishment, I was happy to see that they had considered some of my advice. They got rid of the Seasoning salt that was used on everything! This time the food was seasoned differently and salt, pepper, garlic, and other different seasonings were used to help everything taste unique and different. The food was always good but needed a little help not to taste the same. They deserve all the credit for listening to there customers opinions and for considering 1 man's advice. It was great to eat there again and to taste a diverse menu. I waited awhile to go back but will now visit more often. If I could rate this place as a 0 I would. My friends and family have come in to whiskey river for years and the service was amazing. However, the new owner is extremely judgmental and felt the need to let friends and family of mine know that their “kind” weren’t welcome because they rode motorcycles. This used to be a place that welcomed everyone and now that my family and I have experienced such an awful interaction with someone as disgraceful as this they will no longer receive service from me.
