Very Quiet Community- Day & Night! Well Maintained. Many Different Families to get Acquainted With Right From the Start of Your Move In. Various Types of Neighbors from Active Military, Retired Law Enforcement, College Students, Elderly, Families with Children. Spacious Apartments that makes you feel right at home. Very Safe Community. Nearby Large Park to Walk, Ride Bikes, Etc. Grocery Stores, Convenient Stores, Restaurants, Fast Food, Angelo State University, Military Base All Nearby. Assigned Carports. Lots More, Just Ask Leighann or Amber.

Awesome Maintenance Team- Joe and David are very hard workers with a smile and a sense of humor.

Update: finally got the ac fixed. Only took 5 days. And they have scheduled someone to come out and seal the bathtubs. While we know the apartments are not responsible for theft of personal property an added benefit would be for them to install security camera on each of the buildings. We purchased our own and installed them. Thank you for finally listening.

While the Complex is large and apts are spacious but they get a 0 on repairs. One of the maintenance men treats you like you’re an idiot. My granddaughter ac has been out for 4 days now. On day 3 they called in a professional only to be told they need a new compressor. ( the compressor was allegedly fixed about 3 wks after she moved in. She has 3 small children and one has respiratory issues as does my granddaughter. They put a portable ac in the girls room but it’s only enough to cool that room. It does nothing for the rest of the house. Temps reached 90 on Saturday and Sunday inside the apt. Additionally, they “remodeled” this apt complex. They splatter painted the countertops but did not seal them. The bathtubs and walls were painted with no primer and thus the paint began peeling off clogging the drains. It’s been almost 4 months since moving in and filed the complaint and they’ve done nothing. I can’t give my kids a bath it has be a shower and I have to clean the drain everyday to remove paint chunks. I don’t recommend...

Absolutely An Outstanding Experience!

After the devastating flooding on July 4th, we were in a tough spot and needed to find a new place to live quickly. The team at The Retreat especially Amber and Leanne was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we reached out, they were compassionate, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us find a beautiful apartment on very short notice.

Not only did they move quickly, but they also made the entire process smooth and stress-free during what was otherwise a really difficult time for us. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. We truly feel like we’ve found a home, not just an apartment.
