I had an Xbox 360 that was over heating and I took it to this location to get it replaced using the Gamestops Replacement program. When I entered the store nobody greeted me and yet there were no customers in the store just one employee. Finally the employee turned around and I told them I wanted to replace the system because of the issue. Employee MIKE proceeded to try and convince me it was because I did not upgrade the hard drive in the system that is why its over heating... (Not True) I informed Mike that I needed to transfer my gamer tag off the old system to the new system but that I didn't know how, he said to follow the instructions. 30 minutes later when I got home and hooked up the system I realized I did not remember the email address associated with my Gold members ship that had 6 months remaining. I called the store just for mike to tell me to contact Xbox Live to obtain it. Now 1 hour after leaving the store at approx. 2pm I call the store again Xbox live couldn't help me so I ask Mike if he could let me have access real quick to my old system, his response " I ship out all systems in the morning its already gone." (LIE) within the next 2 hours I contacted Xbox Live and this specific store 3-4 times finally a new employee answered this location named David he informed me that my system was still in the store just in a box in the back ready to ship the following day... Mike could be heared in the back HUSHING David and taking the phone from him once again trying to tell me my system had left the store. Finally realizing I wasn't going to drop it he flat out told me " I'm not going to open the boxes in the back just to let you have access to your old system!" This liar, good for nothing employee not only is spreading lies to propigate better sales for his store by telling Xbox users that their system will overheat if they don't upgrade their harddrives but when a customer needs something they'll lie to them about products and availability. Because of their lazy and unethical workers I will never visit this store again and I will spread throughout the entire internet my experince I hope this good for nothing employee gets fired and investigated who knows what other unethical things he's been doing if he's willing to treat customers like this you better bet he's willing to...
Read moreShowed up about 20 mins prior to close, just wanting to make a quick purchase, door was locked, but there was someone in the store just talking on the phone. Went over to the liquor store next door, thinking maybe it was just a quick restroom situation. Came back to my car to see a "be back in 5 min" sign suddenly appear, and the guy on the phone just continues to look up at my vehicle while staying on the phone. Every other interaction I've had with this store has been positive, but this left a really bad taste...

My daughter tried to buy something. She was using her debit card. It kept getting declined. So she used cash. Went to Walmart. She used her card there it worked fine. So the problem is with the card reader at that Game Stop. Now that I'm home I find out that other Game Stops do have the game. Not good customer service when you don't check...
