I went to the location with my dad, Anthony L. Cox, a retired former social worker in the army, and the experience was terrible because my dad ordered three burgers, one chocolate shake, two vanilla shakes, one ice cream cone in a cup without the cone, a bag of fries, onion rings, and maybe another bag of fries. My dad paid for and got one chocolate shake, one vanilla shake, two burgers, a bag of fries, a bag of onion rings, and one ice cream cone in a cup without the cone. The part where the experience is terrible is because my dad let me choose where we would get fast food to eat after he takes me to see the therapist and I chose frontier burger over pizza. Also, My dad is the one who is the one who payed for the food and he got nothing to eat since he is too nice and the food bought was what I wanted and what my mom wanted. I asked for and got one of the burgers, bag of fries, the vanilla shake, and ice cream cone in a cup without the cone which is what was ordered for me. Dad allowed his wife, which is my mom, to have what he ordered her which is a burger, onion rings, and a chocolate shake . But my dad was supposed to have at least a burger and a vanilla shake which he ordered and didn't get which made me seriously regret ever choosing frontier burger as the place to eat and made me want to never choose that frontier burger location again. I get serious emotional regret from seeing my choices hurt the people I care about so frontier burger caused me emotional damage. I tried to offer the milkshake my dad purchased at frontier burger for me just so he could have something from frontier burger to eat but my dad refused saying he could eat something that he has at home. The lady that was stationed at the drive through at 2 something p.m. somehow ridiculously assumed that my dad was ordering for me and himself but my dad was ordering for me, my mom, and himself. Who the heck taught the lady at the drive through to assume things when accepting order from customers. If you don't know what a customer wants for certain, ask the the customer clarifying questions. I only ever wrote a bad review to one other fast food place and it was for bad food. How can a frontier burger hire someone who hurts people who retired from the army and fought for capitalism which supports businesses and business owners. Correct me if I am wrong but aren't soldiers in the U.S. military and retired former U.S. military soldiers, the heroes that frontier burger looks up to, so therefore hurting retired former u.s. soldiers bad...
Read moreThis place is shady and the workers were on drugs and multiple of them conspired to steal my traveler credit card through the drive thru! They set up a scenario when the one woman was handing me my receipt when something was knocked off the counter to distract me from realizing I was not given my card back! Luckily I realized it before I got out at my hotel 3 minutes away, went straight back and the lady working the window (who was OBVIOUSLY on drugs) was "not there anymore"! The four Hispanic men workers tried to intimidate me and were aggressive toward me saying that "we don't have it, it is not in the black waiters book that she gave it ba k to you in!'!" When I told them I was a 20 year DOD employee and that was a Government Travel card and I would ensure the government prosecuted them because the DEFINITELY kept it, they went and found the woman hiding and smoking by the dumpster and she was nasty to me that I must have list it...until I told her it was a US Government travel card and she would be prosecuted if it was not returned! AMAZINGLY she walked back into the restaurant and "found" it immediately, saying it must have fallen beside the register...but I was watching and she didn't even reach behind or beside the register! She had the card outside WITH HER and was about to start using it until she realized the US Government would prosecute all of them if it was not returned! Then the men still tried to intimidate me and stated it was "an excusable accident" or something similar multiple times! These people are criminals and they are running a racket on our community and it eeds to be exposed before they get many more travelers credit cards and completely ruin...
Read moreTRY the Frontier Burger with the half and half fries, onion rings. Just plain DELICIOUS. Will Fill you up. Chili in a cup also Great. Self serve drinks. You won't be disappointed. Walk up service, drive thru. Clean environment. TVs to watch. Make the drive and try it. FOOD IS DELICIOUS. But here's the amazing part while I was eating the whole staff was very attentive to all their customers very kind very courteous and making sure asking if we needed anything else but not bothering, asking just at the right time. Now the drive-through service was working hard to process those customers and there was one employee in particular by the name of JERRI she was working really hard there was a customer who was just about to drive off and forgot his credit card and she caught them right on time, I would have been very appreciative for that, Then there was a gentleman who I believe was the manager by the name of Victor he was constantly helping the drive-thru process while checking everything through out the Restrauant to make it easy. At one point he asked a customer to move up because an EMS truck wanted to get through I mean these employees and the management staff were just amazing not only is it delicious food but it's the best service I've seen. They definitely deserve a five-star. The management and the staff worked as one unit just AMAZING. And I might add all of them were friendly, smiling and courteous not only to the customers but...
