This place is a dumpster fire! Their management and customer service skills are horrible! I purchased $100+ worth of merchandise last May. When the receipt didn’t print they brought out the manager to say that it didn’t go through and I needed to pay again, even though I showed them the charge was pending on my bank account. Needless to say it took around a month of FUN phone conversations with customer relations and waiting on hold to get my money back. Got my money back plus $50 gift card for my trouble via email. Well the email looked like every other piece of junk mail from Bath and Body works so it got transferred to the trash. I moved it back to my inbox only to lose the pertinent info. So I took it to this store to see if they could help. She did absolutely nothing except basically hint that I was trying to duplicate a gift card as if I was a thief! Humiliating! Two times now! I normally don't leave these Google reviews. My daughter and I had the best experience at this Bath and Body Works this evening. My daughter is 5 years old and loves using all of my scents from the store. For Christmas she received gift cards of her own. Today was all about her making the choices of the scents that she wanted. We walked in and my daughter got a basket from the kindest sales associate Bekah.

My daughter and I explained why we were there. Becca went out of her way to show my daughter multiple scentd throughout the store. Lotions, Body sprays, body washes...you name it we smelled it. This is my wife's gig. I pretty much follow her around, lugging bags of candles, soaps, body washes, etc.

There is a small guy's section with toiletries. To their credit, their body wash is superior to many department store brands. A little goes a long way. Some of their mens colognes, body sprays, etc, are also nice.

Staff is always helpful. They seem to go out of their way to serve my wife, whether searching for a new scent or working with all the coupons. A very friendly staff and manager. Always a pleasant atmosphere, regardless of how busy. And this shop is always...
