After 2 stars, I changed for 5 stars, thanks for Steve. To begin with, I did enter the place because I have already been at Olive Garden on other occasions and I know that the food is exquisite. But unfortunately today the beginning of the service was horrible, starting with a simple lemon that I asked for the water, since it did not look fresh. First I told another waiter, who never came, then I told the waiter who was serving me but his bad attitude was so unpleasant, that when he returned with the new glass of water, but without lemon he tells me that they do not have fresh lemon that they do to cut, what anyone knows is lies. All they had to do was find the greenest lemon slice and bring it to me. Next, I asked for my stake plate to come out medium well, which didn't happen either. They served me the rare stake, that the blood came out of the meat until it made a river in the plate (yes, it is hyperbole). But there was a hero in this whole dilemma, they changed the waiter. Steve arrived. He presented himself with style, kindness and made me feel that everything was fine, without me saying anything he fixed my day, which I thought I was going to leave upset. What do I mean by all this? that the service is sometimes the most important instead of the food. Because food can be changed, the perception of a person sometimes cannot. In all this, I thought to leave immediately, but when Steve arrived I felt so comfortable and so well served that I asked for another additional dish, I stayed longer and at ease. Thanks Steve for your excellent service

Update; We came here for dinner on July 19th. The food was still bland, boring, flavorless and just not that great. The only good thing today was the server, Brie. She was very attentive. Update; We came again on October 9th and we had a bad experience. I'm not surprised because it is typical of Olive Garden. They sat us large adults in a tiny corner booth. So tight, the table was up against all of us. When I asked about seating us at a larger table the poor customer service girl didn't let me finish talking and walked off. The young lady working the bar suggested we could go sit there. We opted not to, but she was awesomely friendly. They eventually sat us a table for 4, but there were 5 of us. The table was in a bad location and there were tables available for 6, but they were idiots and did not seat us there. Service started off ok, but went downhill. The server was very unattentive. It got got so bad we just checked out on the table top machine and left. We came here for the first time on August 17th for dinner. It was by far, one of THE best experiences at an Olive Garden we've ever had and we have been to many of them. The great food and service was how every restaurant should be. Our server, Rodrigo, was awesome. He gets 10 stars and should get a great pay raise plus a bonus for being The Employee Of The Decade.

If 0/5 stars was possible that’s what I’d rate it. Me and my wife ordered a good amount of food for dinner and chose the curbside option for pickup. One of the managers herself (forgot to get her name) brought our order out to us. When we got home and opened our bag, I removed one plate before I saw A BABY ROACH with our food. We called the store, and the manager who gave us our food immediately apologized and issued us a $50 gift card and a full refund. A couple days went by and we hadn’t seen the money refunded even though we received the gift card, so my wife called again to ask and the General Manager, Micheal, was rude as hell from the moment he picked up the phone. He interrupted my wife to tell her to wait a few more days and hung up the phone without sparing a moment more. Me and my wife both used to work in food service. Things happen and we understand that. But the amount of our friends who used to work here and have said not to eat here because it’s disgusting, and how the GM obviously couldn’t be bothered, I’m disappointed in what we experienced here. We love Olive Garden, but clearly we need to find a better and CLEANER location.

So first off, I understand Covid-19 and normalcy is changing, the primary reason I’m giving this establishment a single star is because the manager had a very uncaring and horrible attitude. First, I downloaded the app to try and avoid having to wait a long time during a peak time on a Friday night. I gave my name, number, and email and was then told I was 19th in line and could expect a 35-45 minute wait. The app updates and counts down telling you how many tables are in front of you. I live 10 minutes away so left the house when I had 5 tables in front of me. , when I parked my car the app said 3. So I went to the hostess at the door and gave her my name and she told me the wait would be 30-45 minutes. I explained that I used the app and she said it was only to give me a idea of the wait. I went inside to speak to a manage and he repeated the same thing the front hostess said. I told him it was absurd to have a count down saying how many tables were in front of me if when I arrived I was going to be behind the person who was just a walk in and checking in. His response was,” that’s the way it works and he couldn’t do anything about it”. Not a I’m sorry or anything, just a attitude like tough luck. This irritated me and I admit to being rude, I told him he could tell his manager or his managers manager that the app sucked. As a manager, he should show comparison and empathy for a customers concerns, I know I have a valid concern because the other members of my party watched several other patrons complain about the same issue and leave just like we did. I am not part of the cancel generation and won’t say I will never visit Olive Garden and Olive Garden might be full because they only are allowed to operate at 50% but this poor management will reflect future sales when things are...

I am completely disappointed in my experience at this location.

I specifically told the waiter that I wanted the Eggplant Parmigiana from the Lighter Portion menu. I was not aware that “lighter” referred to portion size rather than calories, and the way it was presented was confusing. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, and during that time we noticed several tables seated after us receive their food first.

While waiting, I looked over the bill and saw I was charged $18 instead of $13 as it said on the menu. Not only that, but I came in for the $13.99 All You Can Eat deal as well, which added to my frustration. What made it worse was realizing that for the price to be corrected, they would have had to remake the meal which I declined since it had already taken so long to get our food. At that point, I considered leaving altogether but decided to stay and just accept what was brought out.

Later, when the manager encouraged us to order a second round to box up and take home, I requested Alfredo with broccoli (vegan, no meat). They refused to add broccoli without an $4 upcharge . I declined, which left me with nothing but plain noodles. As a vegan, I was surprised to learn that Olive Garden offers virtually no vegan options outside of the eggplant and apparently, vegan modifications are not included in the advertised deal.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. No accommodation was made to address the confusion except a discount on the order but that wasn’t good enough for me dealing with the long wait, wrong order made, and the lack of vegan-friendly options. At the very least, they could have offered extra noodles to make up for the situation, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued.

This visit was not a good...

Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We went with a group of 9 at 6:30 on a Monday evening. We had to wait an hour for a table. OK. We did that. No worries. But then we get seated and it all goes downhill. We had 2 waitstaff for our party. Each of them asked how to split the checks. We had 4 checks. We finally get our drinks except my husband. We ask about his a couple of times and finally get that. We each get our salads/soup, except my husband. After reminding several times he finally gets his soup. Meanwhile another in our party received the wrong soup...but she ate it anyway because she got the unlimited soup and salad and could get another soup...which never happened. Then the table starts to get the entrees. Except my husband and myself. My husband tells them what he ordered (Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo). They go back to the kitchen and return with Chicken Alfredo and say "we are out of the Asiago Tortelloni so they just sent this to you". What?! Who does that? At this point my husband is irritated, which is hard to do, and says he will just take it. I still have not received my entree. I see the waitress coming around the table with something that clearly wasn't mine and I say "I'm not eating that. That is not what I ordered". She returns to the kitchen and finally returns with my entree. Which, was horrible by the way. I barely ate it. And it was just spaghetti!! Now, the fun REALLY begins as they didn't separate the tickets. After 2 different wait people asked us how to split them. Soooo....long story long enough....3 hours later we leave. We never signed a receipt for our cards which means we never tipped. And on top of that they used the wrong card on one of the orders. But by then we were all over it and just left. I will not...
