So this started out as a favor order that took a good minute to get here and the drink is all watered down slivers of the ice cubes left in it and after waiting so long I open it and it's all wrong and the 3 sides were awful looking the green beans were dark like they had been there a good while the hash browns were burned had no flavor no salt and no onions and the rice was clumpy and I had 2 fried wings as the meat and it was a very very dried up bbq breast with a little broken wing in and I had ordered 2 of the 1 piece wings with fries and i was sent a 2piece with fries that were over fired and had those Grey spots that potatos get that u would usually cut out when there raw well I could clearly see where they were amd so I call boll millers talk to the manager Mr.Humberto he was nice about it so he's like well is u want yo come by I can fix it and well so after ordering delivery we decided to make the trip which I probably should have done to start with so here we go I get there I show him the correct order from my phone and the receipt from the bag he writes every thing down and goes on to make my food the it was total Kaos in there and he trys to manage everything the workers the drive thru the dine in the to go part and deal with all the door dashers that cut in line so I wait finally it's ready I get my stuff come home and I have only 4 wings that were still kind of pink and some better looking fries he still forgot my 3 sides and at that point I'm like I'm over it !!!!! So frustrated after trying for delivery and then going I'm person like 2 times and my order is still wrong and under cooked like Nope !!! So I decided to go to there website a put my concerns there and all I got was a sorry that happened we will share this with them blah blah blah so all that and still no food I'm waiting to see if favor will fix it I wasn't to sure who to take it up with but ultimately the food was not good first time or second and here I am 40 hard earned dollars later and no food ??

Read moreIt was not a great experience. It was our first time visiting trying to navigate the menu. Unfortantely we were rushed by the preparer. We got the sampler platter (#8) so I could taste a few items on my first visit. My fiancee and I were able to sample the fried chicken, bbq chicken, sausage, hashbrowns, green beans, fries, and regular beans, and a peach cobbler. The best items on our trays were the cobbler, fries, and regular beans. The bbq chicken was so dry it started turning into a paste after almost instantly when you "tried" to chew it. The fried chicken was fried great, but it was almost an exact replicate of hospital food meaning there wasn't a hint of seasoning anywhere on it which goes for the sausage as well. If you wanted some type of flavor for any of your food you had to literally drown it in the tomato based bbq sauce they offered which they did for you when it came to the green beans. I personally prefer sweet bbq, but that's just a personal preference and I dont like it on green beans lol. The hashbrowns had the flavor of an onion I'll give them that. The beans were good compared to everything else. I'm giving 2 stars because of the customer service and the sides/desserts tasting better than the meats they offered. I was expecting a lot more out of...
Read moreBill Miller Bar-B-Q is a local favorite. If you're not originally from the city, the chain of restaurants is widely known for its nicely balanced sweet tea. On a hot summer day or even when you've got a craving for something sweet but not overly sweet, their sweet tea is the right beverage for the job.
The food has always been great in my experience. The combo meals all include a drink and they make it easy to order lunch if you're short on time.
This location tends to get busy during weekday lunchtime hours and at least in my experience, even at night before closing. This may be due to that, occasionally the friendly employees will offer customers generously discounted desserts instead of having to discard them at the end of the night. And speaking of the desserts, they are delicious! They have all sorts of varieties of pies from apple, lemon, and pecan, and their fudge brownies are a great selection as well. I have yet to try the peach cobbler but I'll get around to it.
I will always support the restaurant because I like how they work with college students. The staff is always friendly and you are always greeted upon entering and thanked for your patronage upon leaving. It may seem like a small gesture but something like that goes a long...
