The food was amazing! The cashier Katherine was rude! She forgot to charge us for a combo and then charged us separately on another ticket. We tried telling her it was gonna come out to more money like that and she kept saying âwe donât have combos here so itâs the same amountâ and we said âwe understand what you are saying but itâs actually not coming out to the same, itâs a dollar something moreâ she kept arguing with us and telling us âyeah ok ok byeâ âhave a nice dayâ âok ok ok yeah ok byeâ we were in shock. It wasnât the amount difference we were being charged that bothered us. It was only a dollar something. It was the fact that she kept lying even when we were trying to show her and blowing us off! It was so crazy!! Then we asked to speak to the manager after the way she was acting and he himself was acting weird. Like he had no idea what we were even talking about. She stared at me like she was waiting for me to speak. I stared back, wondering WTH?? Then she asked what did I want, did I want to make it a combo? Now I looked lost. The team here is young, energetic, and consistently provides better service than any other Charleyâs Iâve been to. That said, Iâve noticed some customers being unnecessarily rude to the staff â yelling or causing a scene for no reason. Today, I saw a customer shouting at a young female employee who did absolutely nothing wrong. It really upset me, and I felt the need to leave this review.
