South Flo Pizza In H-E-B — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went to the Bulverde HEB and I tried the pizza for the first time Tris was very inviting and welcoming. I told him this was my first time purchasing their pizza and he made me feel very confident in my decision. I got to my car and tried it and instead of leaving I had to go back in and buy another pizza because Bulverde is the only location near my area that sells tacos and pizza. I think that they should add this menu to evey location . I think it's more affordable for families, the barbecue is fine but is on the pricey side and everyone can't afford to feed their whole family on that service. This is a number 1 seller and should be available at every HEB...

Used to be a huuuuge fan of South Flo since the day they opened. But, over the last several months I’ve noticed the change. Prices went up, no big deal. Everything has gone up. Then, ingredients changed— pepperonis went from giant authentic style to tiny “hormel” style. Boxes felt super light last night when we picked up our order, opened it up and pizza was way smaller than usual. Crust was thinner, super chewy, hardly any toppings, sauce non-existent. What happened to the OG south Flo?

Customer service was horrible the employees who work the night shift are rude, they had to remake my order twice an they kept burning it not to mention while I was waiting for my pizza they were just on there phones passing time I'm never returning here again management needs to take more control of there employee's especially at night they need a supervisor or something very unprofessional. And when I called ahead they had me on hold and when I arrive at store the phone was sitting on the table they took it off the ringer. Worst...
