Hi again im back after almost 3 yrs and again i tried giving jack another chance... and again my tacos were old and greasy this time i asked for extra cheese and instead got old tacos i have moved residence since then and live 15 min away, my sister lives close by and i was craving the good jack in the box tacos so we decided to stop AGAIN then to get home and not have those tacos the way i was expecting. Then i drive back so thats another 15 min back just to get told sorry we will make your food again had me waiting for another 10 min with no food and no money back. I work in the fast food industry and the least we can do when things like this happen is refund the food and remake the food for the inconvenience. It wasnt my fault you guys messed up to begin with so i have to spend my money on gas to get my order fixed because you messed up my order ..... umm how is that fair so there i end up losing money. People dont even waist your time coming here its a dirty restaurant and they really don't care about their customers. The manager even had to call the GM to be able to refund me the 2 orders of tacos and onion rings and thats because i took them back so they could see how nasty and old the tacos were. Imagine if the GM wouldnt of answered....//////// Tacos were stalle, both tacos and egg rolls tasted burnt like if the oil hadn't been clean in days. Hadn't eaten at Jack in the box since 4 years ago when I stopped working for one. I went to try this one close to home as I just got off from work and now I know why I do not eat at Jack. Employees here really don't care about anything, and I think that should be sometging the General Manager needs to fix because the kitchen looked dirty I had 15 minutes to observe it from the DT window since thats how long it took me to get my 2 tacos only cheese and my 3 pc egg rolls which take like 3 minutesand something. Fryers were dirty Employees had shirt tucked out, hat backwards just walking around like nothing to do, DT menu boards were so dirty and were crooked. I worked for Jack in the box 15 years was a GM for 7 years running 6 stores and even with very little time my restaurants would never look like this one and my employees had to follow the uniform policy.

I ordered through the app and clicked pickup through drive thu. I waited for my time and got in the drive thru line, only 3 cars in front of me. When it was my turn, I let them know I was there for pick up they said I had to go inside even though I ordered for drive through. They said it doesn't matter pick up inside, I let them know I was trapped cars in front and back of me. They didnt respond at all. I waited it the drive through line for 40 min past my pick up time for not even an apology. They didnt even open the window! I went inside and when I got home which is only less than 10 min away my food was cold. I had very little to no curly fries. Just one big curly fry and tiny ends and scraps. Horrible experience. Since I waited in that line for 40 min past my pick up time they could have just given the food through drive though. I asked for sauce and nothing. I ordered lemonade and they gave me sprite. If drive through is not an option then don't make it an option. If you out of something then take it off the app or ask us if we want something different.

It was difficult getting to the drive-thru because there was a pile of rubble blocking the way I normally go. The drink carrier I got was very flimsy and the shakes I got were half melted by the time I got home. If it weren't for the cup holders in my car, I don't know what would have happened. I checked to make sure I got everything real quick before driving away and it all looked correct, but when I got home instead of getting a Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack, I got a classic instead. Not only is this an upcharge from what I received (about 30 or 40 cents), I was really looking forward to that burger too and was very disappointed. I tried to go to the survey on the receipt to share my disappointment, but the link leads to a broken website. Pitiful. This isn't the first time this has happened ether, along with other bad experiences. Not worth the $50 I payed (which is getting ridiculous).

It was difficult getting to the drive-thru because there was a pile of rubble blocking the way I normally go. The drink carrier I got was very flimsy and the shakes I got were half melted by the time I got home. If it weren't for the cup holders in my car, I don't know what would have happened. I checked to make sure I got everything real quick before driving away and it all looked correct, but when I got home instead of getting a Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack, I got a classic instead. I’ve come here before and there’s a manager a white male who is very professional and takes extra miles. However I showed right now at 5am on aug 13th

And I ordered up the same thing I always do

4 orders of tacos which is 8 total All without taco sauce and 4 without cheese

There was a scronny mixed African teenager It looked like

And he could not get my order right

I was thinking he was playing a joke on me

He kept saying so 8 orders of tacos

And I kept saying no 8 order would be 16 total since they come in orders of 2

And he couldn’t understand So I decided to pull around to the window hoping this was due to hearing

And I told him for a 4th time “I want 4 orders of tacos which should be 8 total”

And he said “I don’t understand what you’re asking for bro” I asked for a manager And he stated there was no manager

I was super hungry and was craving jacks tacos before an early work shift

Had to take my business somewhere else because I could not risk the time of having my order messed up

Huge disappointment this drive thru teen needs to addressed and corrected Can only imagine He’s doing that to others.

It’s not rocket science.

The main thing though is no management??? How is that acceptable?

This needs to be reported to the big dogs Having this place ran with people with no common sense is not acceptable No management? That’s scary.

Come to update my review. I have spoken to the district manager Melanie Green. I was loss of words the way Melanie continued to make excuses for what is going on at this location. She stated no adults as far as managers stick around because of lack of pay to Jack employees so she said “yes it is mainly kids that run the place” as if that is acceptable if any kind. She told me how she was new to her position and ever since she started it’s been nothing but bad experience for her. I have no idea how someone high up cannot correct this. I will be going to the Texas food handling dept as well for several others reviews on the condition of this place. Dirty restrooms etc. dirty dining room. Soda machine not cleaned. Then the owner has the audacity to leave smart remarks such as “thanks for the great review! See you next time” when others are making there complaints. This is non sense. The kids here are having the time of their lives ruining the image of jack in the box and not serving the locals the way we need to be served. Why have this place opened then at all? We need more good people...

Had to come back to change my review. I guess in the 4 years since the last time I left a review, things have gone waaaayyyy downhill!

Needed to hit the bathroom before we ordered. Thankfully someone was walking out of the womens bathroom and held the door open for me. You have to order food first and then they give you the key to open the bathroom.

The bathroom was horrible! The stall door was off and wouldn't close unless you pulled back the center post. There was no tp in the one stall that wasn't completely trashed with feces all over. There were bugs crawling everywhere and the floor looked like a toilet overflowed and they just pushed it down the drain. Brown water in the corners and on the drain.

All this made me take notice of other issues. The dining area looked like they mopped with grease water. It was slick, dirty streaked and smelled funny.

As my son needed the bathroom also, I ordered a drink so he could get the key.

The men's was just as bad.

The soda machine in the lobby is for decoration and they have to get you the drink from the back. All the containers that would usually hold napkins, ketchup and such had been taken out and left a counter with several large holes. The tables were also dirty and chairs just kind of random places.

I tossed the soda as neither of us trusted even the drink to be...
