Terrible service. Visited this location on a last-second whim around 6:30–7:00 p.m., via the drive-thru. We placed our order, and when it was repeated back to us, it was incorrect. We clarified it about three times before they finally repeated it back correctly.
After a short wait, they handed us our food—but, of course, it was a completely different meal from what we ordered (the newly advertised mini taco meal).
We went inside and were treated very poorly, even though we politely asked to receive the meal we actually ordered. We even offered to return the incorrect food to avoid any confusion.
We were then met with rude stares and trash-talking in Spanish (both the girl I was with and I are fluent in Spanish, though we’re white-passing). One worker even came from around the corner near the bathroom and gave her a very hostile stare—totally unprovoked and unnecessary.
We filed a complaint with corporate, but we've been ignored, which is fine. I won’t be returning to Taco Bell—especially with other, more authentic and surprisingly more affordable options within a 4-minute drive (Mama Margie's, Taco Cabana, Rodeo Jalisco, Jalapeño's, etc.).
All in all—SAD! We did eventually get our correct order (just two mini tacos), but the wait was so dramatically—and honestly hilariously—long that by the time it came out, the Nacho Fries we ordered were cold. I mentioned this to the worker who was making the tacos in the back (keep in mind, there was no one else in the restaurant—just a group of workers huddled at the drive-thru window, talking and laughing), and the woman looked at me with a blank stare that seriously made me question whether she was intoxicated.
I told her, “Don’t worry about it, I’ll just call corporate if it’s too much work to bring me fresh Nacho Fries.”
The whole ordeal was laughable, and the amount of attitude and weird stares we got was wildly disproportionate to a simple request for two mini tacos and a small order of hot fries.
This was truly a “just put the fries in the bag, bro” moment—and they couldn’t even get that right.
2/5 – the mini tacos...
Read moreWould give Zero stars if I could. One of the managers Sam is awful.. a guy was checking my order to make sure it was right and the manager yelled at him in front of everyone because he wasn’t being fast and to just send it out and something else ( didn’t hear all of it). The guy gave me my bag and turned out my order was wrong and missing things. Definitely will not return. I feel very bad for the employees that have to deal with such a nasty, unprofessional manager.
Editing my review 2yrs later- went inside the lobby today and ordered 4 items. I waited an entire hour. Door dashers we're going in and out. I thought I was being understanding because I saw a huge line in the drive through and they were stuck on orders. Turns out they just only help people in drive through. A lady who was a customer yelled at them on my behalf to stop working and do my order. They handed my order out to someone else. When I told them what I got, they apologized and made my order. Threw in cinnabons too. The kicker is, it still wasn't right. I...
Read moreWe usually get good service but today the woman was a straight ssaeloh. We called because we ordered two family bundles and we only received the quesadillas and crunch wraps with the chips with cheese and the 8 soft tacos were missing. So my husband calls. The woman states she is the one who packed it and was sure to place it all but no unfortunately not so my husband proceeded to go and request sour cream I guess it was inconvenient for the request they splat it at the end of the taco practically the wrapper only like if it was convenient for us to go back and get the rest of our meal for the kids!??? And all the food was freezing cold like it had just came out the refrigerator? This is the first time ever having a problem and we have been coming through out a couple years. I know it’s Taco Bell but still from time to time we do enjoy getting from here for the kids and it’s always decent....
