Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in San Antonio

Ordered the "Old School" on the Menu (will include photo of Menu) added sauted mushrooms.. Once, I received the order, I noticed there was no mayo,lettuce,pickle or tomato.. So, I took the sandwich to the counter.. finally getting a hold of someone.. I asked about the missing extras.. what told that the "Old school" does not come with those.. I point to the menu.. again told, "well.. all except the Old School.." young man comes up with an attitude and repeats the same thing.. find out later this is the manager..I again.. point to the sign and ask.. where does it state that? (It of course does not).. So I'm like fine.. I'll take another sandwich.. (this is crazy.. all I needed was to add what the menu says) So.. He throws it in the trash (dramatically) I ask for a number for an area supervisor.. (Who happened to be there).. I tell him what has happened.. and he agrees about the menu.. Confusion.. we eventually (about Five minutes later)get a new sandwich.. I guess the point is this. When you spend 25$ for two sandwiches.. you just want to eat what you ordered.. and enjoy your food with your partner.. I still don't feel like this reached a positive outcome. The manager in question, never had anything but an attitude. The area manager.. was like "well, you got another sandwich.. "problem solved". I hope for better in the future, was happy to see a cheeseteak place close to us.. I will update this in the...

When we entered the restaurant it was extremely obvious that there were only 2 people working and they both appeared to be about 16. They were both hustling to get the orders they had finished so it took a minute for them to take our order but to be completely honest I've waited longer at nicer places. When the young man took our order he was very polite and helpful. He gave us our drink cups and told us where the fountain was instead of just assuming we'd find it. When our food was ready he brought it out to us. When I opened my wings I didn't have any ranch and he apologized and asked the other young man if he could bring it to me because he was taking an order. Both these guys were working under tremendous pressure by themselves and yet managed to remain polite and customer oriented. They didn't at any point make me feel like I was bothering them. My wings were small and a little overcooked but plain and simply because of how these young men conducted themselves...

My first time trying Charley’s, i’ve heard good things about it since my brother always comes to this store but my expectations were not met. There was a HUGE puddle in the middle of the floor..? There was something leaking from under the soda fountains; there was no napkins available, no ketchup. I ordered a chicken philly, with no vegetables just plain. I got a chicken philly with vegetables!!! My brother ordered a regular philly with vegetables and he was given none. Just a plain philly. The gentleman who bought us our food said our fries were not done yet, He asked if we wanted them for here or to go, we said for here. We waited around 20 minutes for fries but they were nowhere to be found, so we left. The lack of attention to detail is unbelievable. Really hope they can fix whatever leak they have going on as it...
