I have loved this place for a long time. It was my favorite Thai place but recently the food has been awful whenever I get it to go. Especially the pad thai. The last three times I ordered it to go it has had an old burnt taste. So after too many times of this happening I decided to call and ask for a refund. First they said the manager was not there and said quote “They had no idea where the manager was” then put me on hold for not even five minutes then the manager and owner Jan answered the phone (weird right?). I told her what happened and asked for the refund and she informed me they don’t do refunds but they could make me a new pad thai instead. I didn’t want to risk getting more bad food so late in the day so I declined. Unfortunately the rest of the conversation went pretty bad and I felt that Jan was gaslighting me saying that everyone else’s pad thai in the restaurant was fine and that it was just me not liking their food. She even suggested that maybe next time I should get something else if I don’t like their pad thai. She then offered to give me a credit for the next time I called and wanted pad thai but I declined that as well. It was just disheartening because it felt like she thought I was lying and insulting her restaurant on purpose but in fact I even told her that this was my favorite Thai restaurant and I always tell everyone to come here. Anyway, after going back and forth things got heated and I said I would just dispute the charge because I didn’t really care to come back. I am so disappointed and sad because I really do love this place! It is always really good when I come eat it inside the restaurant but lately getting it to go has been really bad. The worst part is how the conversation went with the owner Jan. It was rude and unprofessional of her to gaslight me and say that I was the problem. The pad Thai is almost $20 with tip and tax and I don’t want to pay that if the food is bad knowing that it has been excellent in the past. This restaurant has lost my business not because the food was bad but because of how Jan was so unprofessional handling the situation and the critique from a loyal...

Keep scrolling down and look at the review from Paula Palacios and her Shrimp Noodle dish. She tells readers in the review that she paid $19 for some noodles and shrimp! Note: I'm from CA where the restaurant business is highly competitive and there are Asian restaurants on every corner in the San Francisco Bay area and what she ordered there is about a $10 dish. The leases of businesses are triple or quadruple what they are hear, so yeah, she got ripped off! If that shrimp was fresh catch of the day and there were about 12 pieces then yeah maybe it would justify a $20 price tag, but not for 6 pieces of basic (probably frozen) shrimp! The most intetesting part is that the restaurant cook argues with her review basically calling her a liar claiming video evidence to back his story! So let me get this strait, they have to "video" cooks preparing the plates, hmm, I wonder why that is! I've never heard of such a thing! Now if they're getting accused of "ripping off" customers somewhat frequently then yeah, I suppose they would need video to corroborate their version of the disagreement! Wow look at that! It gets even more interesting; instead of apologizing and offering another meal on the house they quibble over 4 pieces of shrimp and reveal how petty and nasty they really are which could lead one to belive that if they're that concerned about a dollar's worth of shrimp, then yeah, they probably did short her! Wow looky that! Something tells me that they don't understand how guilty they look! On the flipside if they were prawns then six pieces would be justified, and if Tiger Prawns then one would be justified, but they're not they're just shrimp! See the photo! My takeaway from her review and their defensive response is that something is askew, at least with the takeout side of the business and that makes them a smidgen...

I decided to try this establishment because I saw a foodie posting it on Instagram and the food looked so yummy! When you first walk in you are greeted with a warm and hospitable yet modern establishment. It does not come across as a typical Thai restaurant as it is very modern looking. The decor adds to its character and is actually what makes this place very charming. The food was excellent and again as usual we got a little bit of everything so we could try several dishes. We had the Panang Curry which was not shy of flavor and I had the medium spice level and I thought it was perfect spice. It has the perfect balance of spice and flavor (if you cannot tolerate spice I would suggest mild). The next dish we got was Pad Woon Sen with beef and again it was super flavorful and you receive a good amount of food as well. The same spice level applies to this dish as well and you should adjust your spice levels accordingly. The Thai Tea was great and it seemed like a large glass then what I was accustomed to but I am not complaining there ha! The presentation of all the food was very well thought out as well. The one thing that I will say was that one of the members in my group ordered the ribs and his food took a long time- I am not quiet sure what happened but we nearly finished eating and then his dish arrived. The dish did come out fresh and nicely presented as well but that delay was a bit disappointing on his behalf as it was his first time. Management did correct the issue and we greatly appreciated that. There was a bit of a lunch rush when we were there and I felt like the staff handled it like champs! Keep up the good work ! I will definitely encourage others to come out and try this place and I myself will be back even with the far drive- the food and hospitality was...

I stopped by Thai Buri for a quick lunch and was so glad I did. The restaurant is quiet, welcoming, and has that calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place you can tell is family run, the attention to detail, the friendliness, and the care put into the food all shine through. I ordered the chicken panang curry, and it was absolutely delicious. The curry was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of spice and sweetness. The chicken was tender, and the fresh vegetables added both color and crunch. It came with a simple serving of rice, but together it made for a hearty and comforting meal. You could taste that this wasn’t just thrown together; it felt like food made with pride. What stood out to me most was how comforting the whole experience was. From the warm service to the flavorful dish, it reminded me of why small family-owned restaurants are so special. There’s a certain warmth here that you just don’t get from bigger, chain-style places. If you’re looking for a quiet spot with authentic flavors and heart behind the cooking, Thai Buri is a gem. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu, but the panang curry has already set the bar high.

Very cozy place that was decorated super cute. I am currently on the hunt for a new Thai place since my usual place I have been going to for almost 10 years is closing soon. First, we started with some AMAZING pyramid vegan spring rolls. I really could have eaten two platefuls and then die happy. Even my other half who doesn’t particularly love veggies enjoyed them. I had massaman curry, which I had never had before. I like all curries, with my favorites being yellow or panang, but this one was probably the best I have ever had. It was spicy and flavorful. I had asked for veggies and it came out with chicken. I reminded my waitress and she had it completely remade for me instead, which was very thoughtful since I mentioned to her that I didn’t eat meat. While I am going to continue trying new places, I know I can always come back and call this place my new favorite Thai restaurant. It’s definitely at the top of lists of those I have tried during my hunt.

The food was pretty good, but wayyyy overpriced. We ordered three regular sized meals, one kid meal, five appetizers, a side of brown rice, and 4 soft drinks. We only fed 2 adults, a young teen, and 2 kids. Our total was $160 and they had already added a 20% gratuity without telling us in advance that they would do so. We ordered two orders of pyramid spring rolls and two orders of dumplings (they were fried, and not steamed as the menu says). Both were delicious however. The Buri Chicken Curry puffs were bland. The new item Kow Soi was amazing! I had enough for leftovers. The service was good, and I do like the ambiance. I would consider going back, just the husband and I. Two of our three kids were not satisfied with the taste of their food. It was the oldest who disliked it the most and ate boxed macaroni when he got home, so that was a bummer and waste of money:(
