UPDATE: Spoke with manager Scott who offered to replace the 6 wings but I declined to have anymore wings from his store because of how bad they smelled. If BWW will order me 6 wings from Wingstop I’ll accept that or a refund of $10. But he said he couldn’t do anything for me. I even said I’ll consider trying the wings at one of your other locations but he couldn’t do that. I’m So turned off from BWW. Maybe I’ll try them again in 4 years, if they are still around.
— original review — One star for the food is too many. Tonight I was in the drive thru at McDonald’s getting my little one a happy meal. Lost track of time. By the time we left McDonald’s it was past midnight and wingstop was closed so i figured I’ll try Buffalo Wild Wings, what a waste of money. I stopped going to BWW more than year ago bc their food is not what it used to be 4-5 years ago. I ordered 6 wings extra wet with carrots, celery, blew cheese and Pepsi. Paid about $16. I go inside to pick up the order the cashier tells me to check to make sure it all looks good, the smell of the wings was not pleasant to say the least. I should have just told them like it was - these wings stink and I want a refund but I was hungry and hoping they taste better then they smell. I really wish I just went back in there and demanded my money back and given them their uneaten stinky wings back. I don’t know what was wrong with those wings but that smell was just plain nasty. Sat in the car and ate them, I got down to the last 2, i ate them quick just to be done and be somewhat filled. Something was wrong with those wings or Buffalo Wild Wings is still going downhill with their wings. I just put a new freshener in my charger this week so I’ll definitely be putting a new one in tomorrow bc that smell is gonna smell up my car like something rotted. Thats how bad the smell was. I mean I know they didn’t pick the wings out of the trash can and put sauce on it but that’s what it smelt like garbage food. I mean if that’s how they make wings they shouldn’t even be in business. Pizza Hut and Arby’s has better wings than this. So gross. The most satisfying piece of the meal was the veggie sticks and the blew cheese and the Pepsi. Im sure glad I didn’t leave a tip bc I paid enough for something I didn’t enjoy. The environment looked clean and fine, and the people were nice and attentive but their wings stink, literally. I filled out a big complaint on their website. I am done with BWW, I want nothing from them ever again. These wings we’re nasty and despite the quality of their food getting worse, this is by far the most disgusting order of wings I got from them. The real wing heroes is wingstop, they got the best wings hands down. Stay away from BWW, they are gross. People were nice and somewhat attentive but that’s not going to be enough to keep them in business. BWW is gonna go out of business soon if they...
Read more12/15/21 My family and my self went to this Buffalo wild wings on 151 and 410. Customer service is horrible. Now I know why the parking lot was half empty. I was going to redeem some points that I have. But the waiter said I couldn't use then for what I was getting. I told him it has never been an issue anywhere else. I have never had trouble redeeming points that I've earned At Buffalo Wild Wings. So I asked to speak to the manager. Scott walked out and said that he was the manager. He said that he would make an exception and accept my points in exchange for the food. I said great and then The waiter came back to our table to take our order. I was ordering 20 traditional wings and I told him I wanted them extra crispy. The waiter tells me that they don't do that. So I asked to speak to scott the manager again. Scott walks out and tells me that they don't do that at that location. I explained to him that it's never been an issue at the other places and they do it for me all the time. He tells me that that is not something that they do at this location. So I said fine we'll be leaving, But before I leave I asked him for the orporate office number. Scott tells me that I can look it up online and put whatever I want on there. He refused to give me the corporate office number. So I told them it's fine I'll get it from the manager at another location. As I was walking out I heard Scott bumble something and then giggled. I'm Not exactly sure what he said, But I did not have time to turn around and confront him. My wife and my daughter had already walked out, So I let it slide. So we left and headed to the Buffalo Wild Wings on 35 South and Zarzamora. (Our Buffalo wild wings location) Not only did they give me the number to the corporate office but I was able to redeem my points for the wings that I wanted. (Extra crispy). I filed a complaint for poor customer service with the corporate office. I do not recommend The location on 151 and 410. They are unprofessional, and lack in customer service.I definitely recommend a different Buffalo Wild Wings. If you go to this location you will be disappointed as I was. Scott for being a manager lacks good customer service skills. In my opinion Scott needs more customer customer service training. What I requested was a simple request. All they had to do was leave the wings in the fryer a few extra minutes. I really don't see what the problem was with that. I will never set foot in this location again. Not worth my time and they sure hells are not gonna get my money. I rather spend my money at a location that are going to provide good customer service...
Read moreI normally try to give positive feedback wherever I go, but sometimes you have to rip the bandage off and have people make informed decisions on the places they go out to eat.
My experience here was brief. I am extremely disatisfied with this establishment. I did take into consideration all the other reviews and decided to go and make my own judgment. Here are MY red flags:
Red flag #1: From the very moment you pull up, all parking is practically empty. Most restaurants that were nearby had the parking lots full.
Many establishments make it a point reminding you to lock up your vehicle to deter theft. However, the sign outside looked like it was recently added, and the words PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK in bold lettering were discouraging to see.
Red Flag #2: No one in sight to sit us down. We just stood and stared awkwardly at the servers to come and acknowledge us.
Red Flag#3: Lack of knowledge. When asked which table we would like to sit in, she told us in a very confusing manner which tables or booths we were allowed to choose from.
Red flag#4: It goes hand in hand with my previous point. I saw a group of three sit in the tables closest to the entrance. A few moments later, one of the servers is raising her voice and explains to the customer in a very condensating manner to move to another spot since they were not allowed to sit here. Keep in mind that the restaurant was not even busy. If anything, it seemed to be very empty. They just got up and walked out.
Red flag#5: Lack of attention. We finally seated ourselves, and we're waiting very awkwardly for someone to come and take our order. We haven't even received our menus yet. Finally, some girl told us that a server would be here shortly. Then, after a very long time, a group came in and attended first. I simply tried to ignore this discrepancy and wait to order. It was obvious that this place was understaffed.
Red flag#6: Lack of quality. All it took was for a server to stroll down the aisle with a tray full of food to see that the wings looked dry, small, and not very appetizing.
Please don't just take my word for it. Make an informed decision if you decide to come eat here. Carefully read the rest of the reviews also. After red flag #6, we were fed up with the ridiculous time to even get our menus, and now we walked out.
Managment: This is...
