Gail was acting very very unprofessional when I came in. First of all itâs not okay for anyone to talk to a customer as condescending as she was talking to the person in front of me. I donât know if she was in a mood yesterday or if her old age is catching up with her and sheâs just getting angry and petty but thatâs uncalled for. When I approached her and told her that was kind of rude she then started belittling me and making me feel like I am worthless. Iâll be writing an email to corporate as soon as I finish this review. I just want it to be known by the rest of the people that actually look at reviews that if this woman is being disrespectful just look at her and feel sorry for her because shes clearly not happy with her life acting the way she does as the face of an already dwindling company. I had wanted to purchase two nightstand lamps but one of them was badly damaged so I asked if Rebecca could check if there was one that wasnât damaged in the back since it said online that they had multiple in stock. At this time she told me that they are not allowed to check the back, they are only allowed to sell what is on the floor even if they have it in stock. I reiterated that what they have on the floor is badly damaged and I wasnât sure anyone would even buy it at a discount. She just repeated herself. Horrible horrible customer service!    Read moreI have stopped visiting any Kirklands as of yesterday. Every single time I have went into any of these stores. Soon as I step into the store my nose starts to severely burn. Due to the massive amount of scent packets. It gives me a massive headache for half of the day. I'm not the only person that has this problem. I don't know how Kirklands as a company doesn't see how the amount of packets they allow in the stores can't be offensive to customers. Also, the employees T this location doesnt seem to appreciate someone coming in the store anyway. Its pretty obvious when i cant be eknowledged. I hope you enjoy loosing...
