I went in to renew my insurance. Over the phone they had told me the payment to renew would be less when I went in because I was renewing. However when I went in they were trying to charge me higher. When I told them discounts should be applied they then decided to apply then. My payments after should have been less too according to two different employees. But because they no longer work there and no notes were out into the system no discounts were applied. The reason I decided to renew my insurance was because it was supposed to go down. I think it's really stupid that the lady I spoke with in customer service was being completely rude and not trying to help at all. The girl from the office was more understanding. Very disappointing that nothing was able to get fixed just because those two employees are no longer with them. No matter what they are wanting for Customers of ten years/loyal customers, and new customers to pay 120% more than what they already getting per month. They are not giving the 25% Multicar Discount anymore either. They wanted to charge me $182 per month when my previous payment was $83 that's Crazy is around 120% to 123% more per month!!! I have spended probably and average of $20,000 to $30,000 in the time I been with them, they haven't spend at all with me and they still want to take advantage of me and many more like me and many others.
