I visited Chick-fil-A on December 4 at 9:41 PM for an eight piece meal that I was paying for, and a spicy deluxe fries and lemonade that was to be redeemed on my rewards. They charged me anyway and never refunded me the money. I called back trying to get my meal comped or refunded for what they charged my bank and for the inconvenience.LORI then told me they had refunded me the money already and she could not give a refund or a comp for the full order only half; she had to speak to their treasury first that I would be called back in 2 days. So for the time being she could only replace half of my order and if their treasury confirms the mistake she will refund me. Well it’s two days later now and LORI called me only to give me the runaround and tell me that she cannot fully refund me or comp my order. I’ve been in this industry for over a decade now and have held many culinary positions and can tell you right now this woman is downright unprofessional and after the back-and-forth for 10 minutes she finally decided that she would comp my whole order after bringing it to her attention that I have notified the owner as well as corporate of her wrongdoings. Read moreI just want to say.. this is THE BEST ChicK-Fil-A ever!! The staff goes above and beyond to really take care of their customers. Did ya'll know they do birthday parties there?! I just want to give Paola a HUGE shout out to making my daughter's 2nd bday a success! From beginning to end, she was very communicative about what I wanted in terms of decorations, meals (I ordered in bulk, like catering style), and just having fun! I brought my own decorations and they decorated for me! (It was Chick-Fil-A theme :P) That's customer service right there. We had around 40-45 guests and she didn't even flinch. As all the guests arrive, she took our drink orders and was very attentive. She is super patient because having 25 kids running around is not easy! I can barely handle one at home. The food was nice and warm and all of the guests were happy. This lady deserves a raise! She was so awesome.
Also, shout out to the COW! The kids had a blast when the cow showed up, (although some kids were scared haha). But the cow was gentle and was friendly with everyone. The staff even came out to sing to my daughter happy birthday.

Read moreDO NOT COME TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A Save yourself the time and effort and go to another Chick-fil-A in San Antonio cause this one doesn’t uphold the customer service that all Chick-Fil-As are known to have. Normally I would come here early and sometimes during breakfast I would request something from the lunch menu which they would and always have done at all Chick-fil-A locations you just have to wait longer (which I don’t mind at all). Today however all of a sudden is not the case and the manager said they no longer do that at this location anymore. So being familar with Chick-fil-A standards and protocol I was surprised to hear this because I have family members that are Chick-Fil-A operators throughout Texas and know this type of reply to a customer would never suffice. So I asked to speak to the operator Mr.Spice who’s in the restaurant but instead has his manager get my info to give me a call back. This my friends is how you quickly lose business if you’re not meeting the customer service standard that your customers are use to and expect.
