The library itself is fine with my only issue being it's surrounding area. The outside and parking lot needs some improvements. The issue however for my rating is because of a supposed book sale they are having(11/08). Not sure if it's part of the library or third-party but was still bothered. There's a sign on the outside that drew my attention so I decided to check it out. Walked into the library, noticed the area for the book sale (door is opened mind you) and walked in. Walked in to only be rudely cutoff and told we're closed (1255). Rushed out by two older ladies closing the door on me while not fully out yet. Told not today, 10 to 4 tomorrow as the door closed completely shut. No signs or anything around the door. If you're gonna have a book sale make sure there's an actual book sale with proper signage. If it's for a specific date and time, make sure that's on the sign outside. Have it on the library entrance or the doorway area that leads into the room where they're having it. What a misleading waste of time and rude ladies. Edit: Leaving, saw a small greenish sign with date and time. Not sure if it was placed after the fact or not but either way, needs proper signage...
Read morePretty decent library. For some reason or other the charging station is all broken. You still charge your phone there you just can't lock it. There's a bunch of homeless people that hang out there in front and a couple of them inside. There's a giant room for kids and not a whole lot of room for adults. There's also a pretty big section for the teens. There's not a really giant selection of books but I guess a lot of people don't read anyway. I was able to find a couple of good cookbooks in there and it seems like the library is I never saw it on...
Read morePretty good the workers are always polite to me and my son they even manage to help most complex details and processes one might expect a library to eventually encounter and are pretty aware of what to do if something happens to someone or to help people calm down they basically never raise their voice too much and when they do it's to at least gently emphasize words or reminders like be quiet relax or things of curiosity like what are you reading or planning for events they do daily or...
