Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

The employees were courteous, polite only one tiny problem and I hope management let's their employee know it was very rude and inconsiderate to see a person to try to park in handicap and to act as if your oblivious to the situation. I was going to park in the handicap spot right in front I've had surgery done to my knees, I had to move over because there was a vehicle parked over the handicap line and the spot she was on was not a parking space when my son and I proceeded inside and a young employee she was stocky built, mexican was with her grandparents hey appeared very elderly and senior citizens and her aunt I'm assuming, they were seated right by the door dining and talking and saw that I was unable to park in the handicap space , I was in too much pain to have any discussions and the woman dressed manly who may have been the employees aunt just stood there and made no attempts to remove the vehicle , btw the vehicle was left on it was running not turned off which is very irresponsible of the manly woman so my son and I ordered to eat there , we spent a good $40 dollars and mind you were sitting for a good 25 minutes when the manly woman decided to get in her car and leave , this is what is nerve wrecking this was not a random person just being a jerk this was a employees family member or might have been her spouse not quite sure but however just very rude and unethical to assume that you have a right to do as you please that is why there are rules and laws in place to keep ignorant individuals like that in place , this occurred on 9/29/2019 around 3:30-4:30pm hopefully the manager speaks to the employee and let's her know how very disrespectful that was and for her family member to respect the establishment even if it is just the parking lot. I was there Friday night to pick up dinner asked for a box of tacos. As I placed the order I requested my tacos be made fresh as this was not the first time my tacos were served old were the rapper sticks to the taco tearing it apart were you no longer have a taco in hand but a piece of the top of the taco. Now this has happened numerous of times at this location and when I call to let them know all they say is bring the tacos and RECEIPT and we’ll give you more tacos. No apologies, they just make you feel like they are doing you the favor. They forget you paid $24 for that box and are waistling your gas to drive back to get decent food. I didn’t go back, threw food in the trash and took a loss. I called Mary a mgr. The next day. And she showed no sincere concern. She did also offer to replace tacos, i declined of course and told her to just do better. It would have been last night when I would have appreciated a decent meal that I paid for. Not this. Food was tossed in the bag, and was not wrapped when I opened it, it looked like the food fell out of the wrapper before it was set down; the crunchwrap was under the sleeve instead of in it. Tortilla was also stale and the chicken had an off taste.

A couple of recommendations for management from a former manager that has worked multiple regulatory and compliance initiatives in multiple industries:

1. Serve times are a helpful metric for efficiency and customer satisfaction, validate that these times are both being met and are not being artificially improved with employees pressing buttons before they complete activities.
2. Food quality makes a huge difference between repeat customers, the ability to upsell consistently (nothing additional was offered), and employee pride in quality.
3. Do random checks (think of it as a spot checking audit conducted by you) on different aspects of the business to make sure.
4. At least 4/5 tables should be clean at any given 60 minute interval, this should also be a reflection of how your kitchen looks, feels and...
