Rock’s on Bandera is AWESOME! My husband and I have visited a few different locations since moving to San Antonio a little over a year ago. Unfortunately, all of our experiences at different locations were not awesome, as some of the employees wouldn’t greet us or even speak to us when we asked questions about products. When they did answer our questions it was with a tone as if they didn’t have time to be wasting on us, it was not a good feeling and definitely not welcoming. Fortunately I know enough about supplements and nutrition to know that the products are solid. Although we had some terrible experiences in the beginning, we continued to go back and we went to other locations in search of better personalities because Rock’s has great products that are affordable. When we went to the Bandera location(in the same lot as Target and Lowe’s, next to Chipotle) we were greeted by someone who was friendly and energetic, and every time we have gone to this location all of the employees have been great! They’re friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge to help you in your journey. David was there today and we spoke about our previous experiences because he asked why we drive to that location when others are closer, so we let him know it’s for the people who work their and the experiences they provide. David apologized on behalf of the other employees that treated us as though we didn’t matter, he treated us with respect which made a huge difference! First off, I had to delete my original review just because I had the location confused and did not think it fair to leave a bad review on the wrong store. However, I was able to reach out to Rock’s and find out the original store that I had a less than positive interaction. I was beyond surprised when I received not only an email in return but a call from the higher up! Santiago was sincere, kind, and promised that my next visit, should I choose so, will be a pleasant one. The fact that this customer service happened and so quickly made a huge impact. I’ve walked past this store a handful of times, always afraid to go in. But yesterday I went in and I’m so glad that I did! Aaron was so kind and really took the time out to talk to me about what I wanted out of my weight loss journey. He explained my body mass to me, what to eat and when’s the best time to eat it, and recommended products that I can’t wait to try.
