I was in this location yesterday to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday’s offer for the free orange bowl and had a terrible experience. I was waiting in line with other customers whom were picking up 2 or 3 orders at a time. I work for T-Mobile and just got off work and was wearing my T-Mobile shirt. The manager came over to me and asked me how many orders I had, I told him 6. I have 6 lines with 6 separate redemption codes. I had placed those orders online in the morning and set them to pick up at 6:30pm when I was off work. The manager STEVE told me that corporate told him he can only redeem one per person and that because I work for T-Mobile I should know better. I told him that was incorrect. No where on the app does it say that we are only allowed to pick up one per person. As long as you have the confirmation codes, you can get as many as you need. And on top of that, there were customers ahead of me that had gotten more than one order and it didn’t make sense. He proceeded to tell me I had to call guest relations because he was refusing to give me my orders. I got the number and took a seat to call them. He then proceeded to threaten to call my job and speak to my supervisor. I told him I would give that information to guest relations if they needed it. And STEVE continued to threaten to call my supervisor the whole 30 minutes I was on hold with guest relations. When I spoke to guest relations and explained the situation to them, they told me that STEVE was giving out incorrect information. As long as there were separate confirmation numbers, a customer can redeem as many as they have. I gave the phone to STEVE THE MANAGER and he took my phone to the back without my permission, I had put it on speaker to have him hear the representative. After a minute he comes back, guest relations is no longer on the line and he proceeds to asks me what my 6 orders were. He gave me no apology for any of the actions he did to me and how he embarrassed me and threatened me the entire hour I was at his store location. He not only was lying to me but was lying to other customers giving them incorrect information that guest relations did not give him. Worst customer service I experience I have ever experienced, the manager STEVE has the worst in person service and has no problems lying and threatening people. Read moreMy family and I eat often from panda Express.This is my first time going to this location. As soon as I walked in about 4 employees were all standing together talking having a Wonderful time doing nothing. They wouldn't give me a sample and when I asked why they wouldn't even give me an answer as to why not. As other businesses Have already begun giving samples again. . The last glass that covers the wontons was missing. You can literally cough in the food or grab the food yourself with your hand. No attempt to cover the food at all. When I asked the poor sad looking employee what happened he answered with an attitude the glass had recently been broken. I asked him if they planned to replace it soon and he wouldn't answer looking at me angry. A group of incompetent employees work at the panda location to say the least.
After I tasted my takeout food it looked like slop. And that's not normal from other locations I have been too. The Rice,Orange Chicken, Grilled Chicken looked oily. The fried rice looked smashed or like if it was old or something it's hard to describe. And the taste was off. Always make sure you get your receipt in case...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Placed an order through my app at 7pm. It stated the order would be ready for pick up at 7:10pm. We arrived to their location about 7:17pm. I waited in line and when I advised the girl at the counter I was here to pick up she advised it was not ready. I approached her again about ten minutes later and she advised that it just was not ready and would be five more minutes. I advised to her that it was suppose to be ready 20 minutes ago as advised thru their system, but what could I do other than just wait at that time as a pre paid order. Disappointly it did not turn out to be five more minutes. At this time it was now 7:40pm. I did not get my order until 7:47.
This was so frustrating. I understand that during these hard times some owners feel like they need to cut back on staff/hours but obviously this owner needs to reconsider their staffing schedule because tonight they just could not handle it!!!
To add the cherry on top no apologies or acknowledgement were given at any point with my interactions with your staff!
PS. They didn't give me terriaki sauce for my TERRIAKI...
