I used to shop for lingerie at a competitor in the same center. After a completely HORRIBLE experience, and desperately needing lingerie that fit, I wandered over to VS. I hadn’t been there in 2decades. SO HAPPY I DID!!!! Karen was the first person I saw coming in the door. A BLESSING! Let Karen know what I needed and wanted. I think it was Kira who measured me. The whole experience was FABULOUS!!!! VS now has a shopper for life! Every single time I have been in the store has been a fantastic experience! Karen and her staff are sweet, polite, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. I’m older than the average VS shopper, but not one single staff member has ever made me feel anything other than welcome!! I love the Pomegranate and Lotus scent. I found it on Black Friday, but they didn’t have any body spray out. (Didn’t ask as they had a huge line). I went back yesterday and asked. No telling me “everything we have is out”. I didn’t get her name, but she headed right to the back, after asking me how many I would like. WOW!!! The ladies working in this store are ON IT!! Karen kept the line moving and these ladies are right there to help! When there are a lot of people in the store, do I sometimes have to wait a bit for assistance? Sure! The staff is exceptional at keeping track of “who was next”, and excellent at making sure everyone gets helped. I’d give 20 stars...

I have had problems with this same lady. I came with receipts last time. She stops my daughter and I to see the receipts then claim the receipts were past 30 days. And they weren’t past 30 days. Thats why I was making my way to the register. She was clearly incorrect. After she make's comment I like your bonnet. Playing off the ignorance of her behavior. Than directed me to go to the register. I find her to be rude stopping right me when I entered in. I also feel like she stereotype black people(her own color). No-one should have the experience of feeling Uncomfortable. We don’t steal (08/22/24) Yesterday I tried get accommodated with my order for pickup. I have a toe injury so I gave my daughter my ID. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The manager Bri at this Victoria’s Secret location seriously lacks people skills and professionalism. She comes across as rude and dismissive, both with customers and employees. It seems like the management position has gone to her head, as she often speaks down to others instead of leading with respect or understanding. I’ve seen her treat staff unfairly and ignore customer concerns, creating an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere in the store. A brand like Victoria’s Secret should have leaders who make their team and customers feel valued, unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Until there’s a change in management, I’ll be taking my...
