I had the pleasure of calling this apartment complex my home for a full year, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best living experiences in San Antonio. From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly and professional staff. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was unbeatable.
First and foremost, the apartment itself was fantastic. It was spacious and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, and the living area was comfortable and stylish. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort that had clearly gone into making the space feel welcoming and inviting.
But the apartment was just the beginning. The complex offered a plethora of amenities that made my life easier and more enjoyable. The fitness center was a great place to work out and stay active, and the pool and lounge areas were perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons.
This complex truly had it all. It was located in a safe and friendly area, close to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether I wanted to go out for a nice dinner, catch a movie, or just run errands, everything was conveniently located within a short drive or even walking distance.
But what really set this complex apart was the staff. They were always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. From the property manager to the maintenance team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was clear that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about making the living experience pleasant.
In summary, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live. The apartments were beautiful and well-maintained, the amenities were plentiful and high-quality, and the location was unbeatable. But above all, the staff made all the difference. They were truly amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better living experience. Thank you to Kristy, Janielle, and Mike at this complex for making my year...
Read moreWe are a family of four with two young children. We moved here in 2015. I have to say, for the most part we have been really happy here! The apartments are nothing spectacular, but we live in a two bedroom overlooking the grassy common area and we have lots of light and privacy. Our kids have loved it here. They love having so many friends so close. I feel that it is a safe place. There are lots of young family´s living here.
Just recently though we have started to ponder whether we should renew our lease another year. I am not writing here to complain and nitpick, the little problems with the community (dog poop, dirty ) don´t bother us. We understand that no place is perfect.
Recently all of us residents received the following letter attached. I hope that management re-thinks their approach. I feel that this letter could have been written in a much more human and caring way.
Kids are going to be kids. And we have been so lucky to live close to such a great group of kids. Do they need rules? Yes. But not to the point of feeling that their every move is restricted and confined.
Management says that the children can still play outside, but that can´t scream, play with anything with wheels, balls, move or touch any rocks, play in any breezeways, climb any trees and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. So our question is: What can they do? Are they really allowed to be kids here?
I feel that this is a really special community. Until now, I have been so grateful for the opportunity to live in a place where my children can have a safe and fun childhood. However, I am really sad to start to hear that almost all of the current family´s living here (my children´s friends) will be leaving, as a result of management.
I will keep you updated on any changes. If you come to see the Villas. Please ask them about this letter. You have the right to know about these rules and restrictions before...
Read moreI'll be the first to say I'm usually critical of apartment complexes but this is by far the best I've stayed in. I moved in almost 4 years ago and the same property managers are here which is pretty much unheard of, and Kristi has been especially helpful. I was living with my sister and when her fiancé moved in, I planned to move into another unit with my partner, and Kristi made the switch seamless even though it was mid-lease. Maintenance is always prompt and they come to change your air filters & check fire alarm batteries about every 3 months. The rent is very affordable for the area as well! You'd be hard pressed to find anywhere nearby that isn't completely run down in this price range. The only 2 downsides for me are that Google fiber is not available and spectrum is always rough in busy areas, and that it can be loud depending on where you are in the complex. My previous unit was further away from the road so it was very quiet, but the current unit is right by the road and people in very loud cars like to race at all hours of the day and night, and there are about 3 bars at this intersection so we have run into issues with that. The noise is obviously not their fault though. I'd also mention some of the neighbors are overly friendly. Like watch your comings and goings and interrogate anyone who approaches the building in order to "look out for you" kind of friendly. Most buildings are pretty chill though. Honestly this is the only complex that I haven't been anxiously waiting for the lease to be up to move out, and in fact have signed 18 month leases because I like it...
