This place is awesome!

I highly recommend this business! These guys know the meats! Came in today to get some marinated lamb kabobs, but chose to get the kofta (minced) lamb and beef instead. The intention was to throw it on the mangal (grill) right away, which I did. Wow! Without a doubt - this kofta mix was prepared and seasoned just right! I’ve lived in Central Asia for some time and have tasted the kabobs plenty to say: this purchase was a real treat! You will not regret it!

I’ve fired up a small kabob grill and grilled the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Served it immediately with some tandoori bread, which I bought from them as well, and had those breads rest and warm up right over the kabobs as the meat was cooking. The kabobs came out juicy and very tasty! I am impressed! I highly recommend...

This is the second time I came to this meat market. I was impressed by the meat quality after the first time. I craved a really good steak and I thought, well, they didn't let me down on the Dino Ribs so let's see what their steak game is like. GOODNESS! The T-Bone wasn't only huge, it had a fat cap on it that was made for photos! I got rang up (customer service deserves a review on it's own... EXCEPTIONAL!), took it home and seasoned it, with a seasoning that I was pleasantly convinced to buy from E&A, and threw it on the grill. Great sear, medium rare and enough to feed my wife and I.
