I started personal training with Daniel at Xtend because I needed to lose weight and get my health on track, but I already had enough to think about. I didn't want to have to think about when to come to the gym, how long to be there or what exercises to do. I figured he could help me by taking the thinking part out of it and just let me DO it. I didn't know they had other services like nutrition counseling and mindset counseling (Angel) as well. I've taken advantage of all the services that they have to offer and I realized that coming to Xtend is more than just a workout, more than just losing weight and eating right, more than the physical. It's encouragement, accountability, and comradery. It's a lifestyle that carries you through your work day and makes you a better person for your family. I'm happier, I have more energy, and I'm more confident. Coming here is helping me to start to schedule things in my life I wouldn't normally schedule but doing so has helped me be on time and more reliable. Yoga with Jo has helped me find my inner peace and shown me how flexible I can be. I can honestly say, that Xtend has helped me improve not just my body but my mind and my spirit as well. I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I know Daniel, Jo and Angel will be there encouraging me along the way and making sure I stay on the right path....

When I completed my first DEXA scan with Xtend back in 2020, I weighed 129 pounds with roughly 83 pounds lean mass. I recently went back for an updated scan, and even though the scale shows a higher number today, my results told a completely different story ā Iām now 98 pounds lean mass. Thatās a transformation you simply wouldnāt see without the precision of a DEXA scan.

Due to overwhelming evidence showing the benefits of weight training in addition to other exercise I was very interested. In addition, was hoping to improve muscle tone and strength in the treatment of a chronic neck pain. I started training with Jack and within two months notice a significant improvement in neck pain as well as muscle tone which was my goal. The gym itself i Has a nice layout, with lots of Windows and good equipment, I also enjoy the friendly atmosphere. . My trainer Jack keeps me pushing forward during the sessions while at the same time engaging in great conversations.
