06/04/2018- I signed up for a vendor's account at Yong's. Very easy and convenient. I was allowed to start picking out items I wanted to buy before the process was complete. The lady that was working that day was SO helpful to me. I had her pull out so many knives, I mean A LOT, and she was super-cool about how annoying I felt I was being. She had patience and helped me very much. I also very much appreciated the fact that she triple checked my purchase to make sure I or they were not short. That meant a lot to me. As for the products I purchased...AWESOME! I bought a decent amount of knives from Yong's and to be honest, there isn't a damn thing wrong with them. I mean very good quality knives for the price. The locking mechanisms were tight, not all moving around loosely, you know? The finish on the blades were legitimate. The look and feel of the knives are just great! Was sold poor quality squeeze balls compared to their competition’s (Harwin street in Houston) styles. Also the case contained damaged display boxes where the balls had broken and leaked out. All they would do is replace 2 of the messed up balls. The quality was so bad compared to their completion. Was rude to me when I asked for a refund due to the balls being completely different from what I had been selling previously from Houston suppliers.
